They should fill it up and make some landscaping here now as no one seems to be bothered about building anything there.

The plot owner is Mohammed Ibrahim, his tower (J2) will be done soon and hopefully something will start here as well.

Is anything happening here or still a smelly swimming pool? Any pics on lake activity near Lakepoint would be appreciated :)

The whole site has been recovered with sand, this will probably never be built, as access will be impossible once lake is filled. Hopefully they will landscape area into a park?

I wonder what will happen to the investors in this. I would prefer a park over an unbuilt tower anyday

So who will be contributing to the JLT Community charges?

If any of us didn't use our apartments and claimed that as a good basis for not paying our share, I'm sure the response would not be at all sympathetic.

Was SABA 1 paying for the entire upkeep of the area for the couple of years they were the only completed tower?

Any tower that is not paying through delay or not being built at all, is pushing up the cost for the rest of us.
