I really like tower like this. They have that modern art deco look to them. It's like they were reaching for the past but looking towards the future. The confusing shape of this tower, and how it staggers to reach towards the top create an interesting visual effect. The color is just right to for the city it's in.

I give it an 8/10

Very few cities can claim a prewar as their tallest...decent tower. Detoured off the NY thruway to see it last May.
