Thank you landisgold,
here what i gathered so far,
It is situated within Tonekabon or Shahsavar, it contains few smaller villages as kunes kooh, bande bon and kooti bazar. Kunes kooh is much closer to the mountain and then is Bande bon and kooti bazar
Area of Nashtarood is famous for its cleaner water front, clearer air( will explain), and as a result less bugs and muskitos.
The air in this region is much cleaner as it is closer to the hills and mountains compair to Mahmoud abad, Khezershahr... therefor air circulation is faster and specially at night as the natives say it has a breath of heaven and even on a hot summer time there is no muskito or fly compare to other regions.
I have taken few pictures 4 month ago from the mountain side and am going to try to have them display here.
It has attracted the eyes of villa makers (cottage builders) as it is a private sector by the mountain and it is not in a same old neibourhood as natives(villagers, as the experience show, that attract more investor)

Nashtarood is a wonder of mazandaran. The nature is untouched and its beauty is safe. I fell in love the first time. You are correct on the weather and its ideal breath. it is much brisker at night.
Kuchak, did u refer to the site i posted? there are many great picture of the nashtarood and it's surrounding.

i just came back from there,
unbelievable weather and scenery. "Behesht" in words. The area of "Koneskooh" is the most in demand for weather and its geographic location. It is away from city of nashtaroud and most of low-style stores and areas. It is situated above the hills and great panoramic view. water pipes and electricity is already in place for the area and the roads around is getting built every month. the area was quiet since when i was there was a winter and builders were not around to be seen.
i am planning to go back to do follow up on this project in 2 month.
