Definitely a huge improvement on the old Dakota proposal.

That's a great building! Wow all these projects. They really can't call us a slow state anymore, not if even half of these go through.

So what is the cause of all of this interest? Most people I talk to won't believe that Adelaide will be effected by the Mining Boom as it's so far away. And don't we already have too much office space? I hope there isn't a lot of it empty.

It's still the state capital, so it's where the administration for the mines would logically take place.

There's been a shortage of premium-grade office space for a few years now. It's generally only the older, uglier buildings that are standing empty because they lack the facilities modern businesses demand. This development is an apartment block, anyway.

Awesome! These buildings are not high BUT they are very cool in their aesthetics.

Not to mention it'll hide the god-awful Flinders Link car park.
