Early period for art-deco i.e. 1926.

A solid base and great vertical and horizontal setbacks.

I have a soft spot for deco buildings through to early examples of art deco structures such as this one through to early 50's examples.

This is a great addition to the St Louis skyline.

This is one of my favorite skyscrapers of all times, which gives it the almost perfect score of 9.5/10.

It's overdone (in a good way), but not guady. It's multi-layered offering a different viewpoint from every single angle. I love the color and window placement of this building, too. It's very visually appealing.

The half a point I took off was because I think this tower would have looked better if it was just slighty taller. As it stands now, it looks just a tiny bit boxy.

This building has always been one of my fav. buildings in STL and was the tallest building in the metro area until the US Bank building was built in the late 70s. The lobby of the SBC Building is way cool.

It lacks height, but the setbacks are great.

This building is great, love the setbacks and the gothic in its design. This building seems to be rarely photographed even Emporis has only two quite bad photos! Would of love to have seen it taller, you wouldnt mind if this building dominated the skyline. 8
