Tall and unique, but im not a too great fan of such a black tower. 6.5/10

I usually don't like the milk carton variety buildings, but this one looks interesting... though it is bizarre that it stands in a sleepy town like Leeuwarden... it must look out of place somewhat, I presume

It's tall - perhaps TOO tall ... It's also a bit dark and menacing.

I don't think it fits its surroundings very well - it seems to overdominate the area and spoils the view down the river. I think it should go somewhere else, in an existing cluster of highrises, rather than out on its own in a lowrise area like this.

The overall design and appearance isn't actually that bad, but when it's placed in this location, it is.

Just my opinion.

Wow this is a really cool tower! It is so slim and simple the black facade is so cool and interesting the window setup also draws attention to me!

7,5/10 because it is a lonely tower and I think it must be lower or there must be more highrise.
