4 days in Bahrain: what to do?

Hello everybody!! I'm going to Bahrain on new year's eve and I was wondering what could I do during these four days, what are the most visited places, where to go, where not to go, etc...and also, what is the best place to buy natural pearls (lulu) because I know Bahrain is very famous for pearls.

I went to Bahrain in the same period of the year 2 years ago and i enjoyed it a lot so that's why I'm going this year too.
