N-blox reborn. Excellent stuff.

It does look like N-Blox. I like the design and I am surprised at the large size of the units and the $1.5 to $5 million Yorkville type prices. Freed has a lot of developments in the area so they must know what type of units are in demand.

Terrific little building. Fits right in with the rather eclectic/stylish and surprisingly quick way the stretch from Spadina to Bathurst has cultivated its own upscale feel.

And yes, given the concentration, the King-Portland area could very well be re-named Freedville.

According to the latest newsletter from Freed 65% of the 17 units in 500 Wellington West sold in the first week. They are half floor and full floor suites with private elevator access for every residence.

I think the forum is in unanimous agreement that this is a great project. Great modern look and very cute.

Gorgeous. Definitely an emerging Toronto style with all our recent mid-rises. Tight, urban infill giving rise to complex massing and flat surfaces; blocky designs; extensive glazing; dark red or black brick...
