monkeyronin December 27th, 2007, 07:50 AM N-blox reborn. Excellent stuff.
current December 27th, 2007, 08:05 PM It does look like N-Blox. I like the design and I am surprised at the large size of the units and the $1.5 to $5 million Yorkville type prices. Freed has a lot of developments in the area so they must know what type of units are in demand.
KGB February 23rd, 2008, 04:08 PM Terrific little building. Fits right in with the rather eclectic/stylish and surprisingly quick way the stretch from Spadina to Bathurst has cultivated its own upscale feel.
And yes, given the concentration, the King-Portland area could very well be re-named Freedville.

Taller, Better February 23rd, 2008, 05:16 PM Can't wait to see it completed... it looks amazing!
vancouverite/to'er February 23rd, 2008, 08:25 PM So this is approved?! Toronto needs more of this...
current April 5th, 2008, 04:18 AM According to the latest newsletter from Freed 65% of the 17 units in 500 Wellington West sold in the first week. They are half floor and full floor suites with private elevator access for every residence.
Skybean April 8th, 2008, 01:16 AM I think the forum is in unanimous agreement that this is a great project. Great modern look and very cute.

Elkhanan1 May 22nd, 2011, 11:13 PM Gorgeous. Definitely an emerging Toronto style with all our recent mid-rises. Tight, urban infill giving rise to complex massing and flat surfaces; blocky designs; extensive glazing; dark red or black brick...
