Hi There
Can somebody advise me when will Singapore property market crash? I've been looking at this forum for quite a while and is very interested to hear views from you gurus. How far can Singapore property market go? Bottled neck soon or there's plenty of rooms to move on? Please advise.

It depends who you are asking.
The property agents will never believe that the market will ever crash.
The buyers hope it crashes tomorrow morning.
Local buyers may already begin to feel the pinch and are on bargain hunting (if there is any) cum selective buying, although the high end segment is pretty exclusive since it attracts, mainly, affluent overseas investors.
I have to admit that I ain't an expert in this field, taking from the que (and looking at the queue) of the City View @ Boon Keng, it sure looks like property prices will continue to escalate this year. Give them 1 more year when inflation and recession, eventually, catch up with the market. Until then let's  and be merry.

Well, i do hope that it isn't anytime soon. Many people today are in fact starting to make investment in singapore properties today, especially foreign expatriates. Hopefully, the property market would continue to improve in the years to come. :)
