Phase II of the Riverfront Place development is proposed. The 15 story tower will have 53 units. Also a part of phase II is a 3 story, 10,000 square foot mixed use building that would include offices and a restaurant. Construction is expected to begin in late spring of 2008 with a completion date in late 2009.
