nice skyline, well but it was there in the first place, right? Right, so the point of photographer is to frame it well. Now was it done here - NOPE.
Framing is worst possible. So it is a bitg minus!
Then about postprocessing... Although as such it isn't bad, but final judgment should be made in relation of it fitting for the particular image. And IMHO it i a miss again.
And finally naming... Loud and pretentious... and again hardly justified.

So what do we have in the end??
Good Skyline? But what iut has to do with the work of author? He designed it?? built it??
Or should the fact that he simply got there be credited as a such? Don't think so. It is but a starting point. place where hes actual work that is suppose to be judged here begins...
Rest unfortunately tell rather sad story. Sad because he has some skill, but not the judgment to understand how and where it should be applied in some respects and luck of understanding of subject and general sensibility in other.

Even as simple informative shot it, unfortunately fails.
