"Tours" with "s", because "tour" in french means "tower"/"skyscraper" too... i find this parallel interesting for the shot, the 4 towers are those of the national library in Paris... and the cyclist make the parallel with the "Tour de France"...

do you understand ? :D

It is a very nice idea nad actual realization. Only thing that I would change is may be slight off-centering of the composition. But that is a questionable as well...
