This building aims to be interesting and it is. From the facade detailing to the lanterns on top, the parts come together nicely to create a decent landmark.

7/10...reminds me of 900 North Michigan in Chicago.

For some reason I dont like that curved part at the bottom half of the tower. Overall I give it a 6.5/10 thou.
