I like the Location so much,i mean no highrises there so far,hope this starts a new trend for that area :)

The plot is already closed and there are many renders arround it so it's easy to recognize the location. Is the Palace facing it "Kasr él sanawbar"?

They already started construction :)

I am visiting lebanon for spring break, and i live next to this building, it looks like it is almost topped out. They are constructing very rapidliy!!

btw, they are starting to construct alot of new high-rises in this area, including one that is nearly finished, i will take pics as soon as possible.

i love it!!and specially the standarts of double glass and double wall...and the penthouse i mean 1200sq2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i reall wonder how much it costs?!!!can anybody get price infos bout the appartments?

They run for over 1 million. my mother was looking into them last summer

is this a beautiful city?CONCRETE CHAOS!!!

^^ beirut is turning into a concrete jungle...a very ugly one btw. If you have the cash to bribe a number of officials, you can easily get a permit to build a zoo 3al rawche if you wish...then, WTH is wrong with developers? can't they use all f***n façades...i mean beirut towers feature balconies or windows on one side only...does that make sense? man, you travel all over the world and see beautifull cities being built...then just come check beirut...plz

This tower is complete. You can take me for my word, as I didn't have my camera on-board when I passed by it, but the residents have moved in, and there was a security guard sitting in the entrance/reception of the tower.

It's looking great too. I will try to get some pictures soon...

zippo, what is coming off next to it??? look at post 34 to see what i am talking about.. and is that completed too??

^^ You mean the "Pine Residences"? It's 2 blocks, a tall(er) one which is 14 floors high (or 15, according to the American floor counting), and a short one, appearing in the picture above, right next to Burj Kronfol. It's topped-out in that picture btw. Check out the link in my post for its thread.
