Looks like a sales centre is being constructed in the parking lot at the SW corner of Adelaide and Charlotte. Does anyone know anything about it? Photos taken today January 21.

Looking north towards Adelaide, the sales centre will be suspended off the ground by two large steel beams.

That render has been up on the architects website for over a year now.

How in the world are they siting the new design? Is it not taking up the entire site anymore?

This is one I'd like to see gently taper off in width to at least 2/3 higher.

I can't see this selling at all. Probably why it's a stale proposal. The only units that would have any sort of view would be on the top 5 floors. The rest are all hemmed in. Bad design for that location. A design like this would work better along the lake or by a park. I give this design a 0.00001% chance of making it off the architects site. I'm surprised none of you have seen it before now.

Why so short? You would think they would at least go for 25 floors.
