I like the glass tube and the window details.

6.5/10...I like everything except the glass tube, it doesn't match the rest of the building and makes the skyscraper too wide and chubby.

The building is quite plain, but the glass 'tube' is a very intresting feature. Overall, I think it looks a pleasent building.

should be 20-30 meters taller, without the tube it would be like any other building, with it, at least it becomes unique

Agreed, and I would add that the tube, while exciting in its own right, detracts from the overall design of the building.
