dull? that's everything but dull (dull are corporate boxes like at cw), this one is unique in the world (the shape that is). now...whether it is a good looking tower is a different story.
I give it a 6.5
(btw. the whole tower gets a complete makeover right now -inside and outside)

But the tower is under renovation and will get a completly new facade and this concrete something will change in some way.
The new name is " GARDEN TOWER" :D
