일산 탄현동에 주상복합 2772가구

경기 고양시 일산 서구 탄현동에 오는 9월께 2772가구의 대단지 주상복합아파트가 선보인다.

두산건설은 일산 서구 탄현동에 주상복합 아파트 ‘두산위브더제니스’ 2772가구를 9월께 분양할 예정이라고 21일 밝혔다.

이곳에는 문화·여가시설의 확충과 원스톱 쇼핑이 가능한 상업시설, 첨단설비를 통한 유비쿼터스 환경 등을 갖춘 차별화 된 주거타운이 조성된다.

탄현동은 일산신도시와 파주 운정신도시를 양쪽으로 끼고 있어 양대 신도시의 편의시설을 동시에 누릴 수 있다. 경의선 복선전철 및 제2 자유로가 2009년 개통 예정이다. 용산∼상암∼일산∼파주를 관통하는 경의선 전철은 수도권 서북부의 핵심 개발 축을 이룰 전망이다.
