HERBS BEST INTERNATIONAL INC (http://www.herbsbest.com), a wellness company will transfer its headquarters from Metro Manila to Butuan. They will retofit/renovate a 1hectare property in Bingkilan (near the foot of Diosdado Macapagal Bridge) . On or before September 3, you will see a tarp installed on the property which will carry the word HERBQUARTERS. By 2012 their processing plant should be operational already.

Because of climate change we were able to convince an investor on Solar Power Plants to also consider BXU. Sa data kasi wet & very wet ang bxu. But now binaha na lahat ng lugar sa pinas ang bxu hindi. The technical team of this european firm will arrive on Sept 5.

Mayors, city and municipal dads, recognized at IRLA’s first liberty dinner in the Philippines
September 2, 2011 By admin Leave a Comment

http://ssdcommunication.org/portal/?p=286

City and municipal mayors in Butuan City and the provinces of Agusan del Sur and del Norte were special guests at the “Salamat Po Mayor” (Thank you Mayor) night on August 24, held at the conference hall of the newly finished headquarters of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Northeaster Mindanao (NEMM).

The first to be conducted in the Philippines and in the region of the church in the southern Asia-Pacific (SSD), the program was a night to remember to these guests who said that, “it was the first time in our public life that we were recognized for our services to our constituents.”

“Most often when we do things perceived by a few sectors of our community as inimical to their vested interest we were severely criticized. And yet when we have done things they see to be very good to them they remain quiet—not even a ‘small thank you’ note was received,” said one Mayor who represented all the chief executives during this gathering. “We thank the Seventh-day Adventist Church for this recognition that buoys our spirit to lead out in such a time when the fight against corruption begins its course.”

Mayor Ferdinand Amante of Butuan City talked about his program of “moral recovery” as the focal point in bringing the country into “the right path” that the new national government has been advocating. “We initiate transparency in our leadership as one way to eliminate corruption in governance,” he commented. The other mayors subscribed to Mayor Amante’s advocacy.

Dr Jonathan C Catolico, general secretary of the International Religious Liberty Association (IRLA) in the southern Asia-Pacific region, inspired the government executives and legislators in attendance by saying that the moral recovery initiative was first done by God when Adam and Eve fell into sin. “Immediately God took the first step to bring back the first couple into a right relationship with Him despite their act of disobedience. God wanted to redirect them into the right path. And this is what God wants you, our government leaders: to lead the people to shun evil and do what is right.”

Eighteen Mayors accepted the invitation although some of them just sent their representatives to these historic gathering. There were also municipal and city councilors who attended and expressed elation for the recognition given them.

Pastor Solomon Mongaya, NEMM president, welcomed the chief executives into the program and into the headquarters of the Church. “From now on, we will make this our regular program, not only for the city and municipal leaders but also to our barangay (village) executives who provide leadership in the grassroots of our society,” he said.

The “Salamat Po Mayor” program has been conceived through the leadership of Pastors Nelson Paulo, IRLA director for the southern Philippines region; and Dante Obbus of northeastern Mindanao.

A religious liberty dinner was held immediately after the recognition program. [AND Staff]

Development blueprint for Capitol Business Park ready
by Roselyn Gangca Exaure and Brian Jay Ceballos

BUTUAN CITY, Sept. 2 (PIA) -- The plans of developing the Capitol Business Park as one of the prime business hubs in Butuan City is moving as planned.

The blueprint for the said business park, according to Governor Erlpe John M. Amante, is due to be finished and it can accommodate any prospective business in any industry who wants to put up a business establishment in the business park as long as they would meet the guidelines provided.

For now, Governor Amante said that the people in charge of the developments of the park are still studying the budget that will be used for the construction of the business park because the Provincial Government of Agusan del Norte is also preoccupied and tied with the transfer of the new Capitol Building to Sanghan, Cabadbaran City.

However, Gov. Amante reassured that if ever the funds won’t suffice for the business park, the plan can still be realized through joint ventures with businessmen who are interested to rent the whole business park. (Agusan del Norte-PIO/PIA-Caraga)

DILG XIII supports CSC Month, Nat’l Filipino Family, Crime Prevention Week celebrations
by Mary Christine Anthonette M. Salise

BUTUAN CITY, Sept. 5 (PIA) -- Various government line agencies held a joint celebration of three national events--the 111th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary, the National Filipino Family Week and the National Crime Prevention Week celebrations.

Among the agencies were the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region XIII joined the Civil Service Commission (CSC), the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), and the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) and the Philippine National Police (PNP).

The program kicked-off with a walkathon participated by government agencies, socio-civic organizations and academic institutions showing signs of unity, support and participation in the advocacies of each sponsoring organization.

The DILG supports NAPOLCOM and the Philippine National Police from pre to post activities by providing technical assistance in the conduct of information drive for students on crime prevention topics.

In his message, DILG Regional Director Atty. Rene K. Burdeos thanked the participants for the support extended to the sponsoring agencies.

“This is the first time in Caraga that the sponsoring agencies have converged together and agreed to have a joint kick-off,” Burdeos said.

“I do hope that these agencies will continue their advocacies in this triple celebration especially in crime prevention,” he added.

A Hataw Dance Exercise sponsored by the Rotary Club of Midtown Butuan added color to the event as participants dance to the tunes of hitbacks from the 80s and to the grind of present times. (DILG-XIII/PIA-Caraga)

BUTUAN CITY, Philippines – Noting a lucrative business from bamboo and its vital contribution to mitigate the effects of global warming and climate change, a partnership between government line agencies, local government units (LGUs), and bamboo growers was formalized to strengthen mass bamboo tree planting and mass production.

The strengthening of the bamboo industry was organized by the Region 13 office of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI-13) in collaboration with the Cottage Industry Technology Center (CITC), LGUs, farmers, furniture makers, and concerned entrepreneurs.

Earlier, a forum with Caraga Region’s 70 stakeholders was conducted here and business opportunities to be generated from the bamboo industry were discussed.

The forum also tackled the opportunities of the engineered bamboo, and the skillful manipulation, transformation, and right processing of the bamboo poles from planting to harvesting and production.

They discussed opportunities in the establishment of bamboo nursery and plantation, interventions in climate change adaption project in collaboration with the International Labor Organization (ILO), and funding opportunities for the bamboo industry on how to obtain a small business guarantee.

GMA-7 docu 'Philippine Treasures' to explore the history that inspired Amaya

When 24 Oras news anchor Mel Tiangco came face to face with the Golden Tara, considered by some experts as one of the most spectacular finds in Philippine archeology, she was intrigued. Was it worth going all the way to Chicago, USA to see?

“She was very small!" Tiangco told GMA News Online about the statue, showing its height with her thumb and index finger. “I thought, ‘What's spectacular about this thing?’"

But the Golden Tara grew on her after she spent a few moments with it. She said she couldn't help but be entranced by the object's “serenity."

http://images.gmanews.tv/pictures/golden-tara.jpg

Then you fall in love with her," said Tiangco. “The more you look at her, the more she becomes beautiful."

The 5-inch-tall golden statue shares the section with precious gems and diamonds. But since it’s displayed miles away from Agusan del Sur, where it was found, few Filipinos get to witness the item's beauty.

This Sunday night, however, viewers will be treated not only to the sight of the Golden Tara from its current home at the Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago, but also to stories of other intriguing historical finds from all over the country.

GMA News and Public Affairs will air ‘Philippine Treasures," a special documentary about some of the most important relics from the Philippines’ literally rich pre-colonial past. The documentary is hosted by Mel Tiangco, with reporting by Mariz Umali, Cesar Apolinario, Tina Panganiban-Perez, and John Consulta.

Program Manager Lee Joseph Castel said that he got the idea for the documentary after a spontaneous trip to the National Museum.

http://images.gmanews.tv/pictures/phil-treasures-billboard.jpg

“Na-fascinate ako masyado sa mga artifacts doon, so naisip ko parang wala pang gumagawa ng special tungkol sa historical artifacts dito sa Pilipinas," Castel told GMA News Online. He also shared that the National Museum itself is also suffering from the lack of funds.

Motivated to change the perception that Filipinos lack a sense of history, the production staff withstood long journeys and heavy rains, and even braved rebel-infested areas, in search of the country’s almost-forgotten treasures.

The team’s pursuit brought them to the southern tip of Cebu, to Boljoon, where an earring believed to be once used by Lapu-Lapu was found in an archeological dig. They also visited Surigao del Sur, where in the 1980s, a farmer discovered a treasure trove of ancient golden jewelry, now on display at the Ayala Museum.

They also searched for the Maitum Burial Jars in Saranggani and investigated the authenticity of a stone found in Masbate supposedly engraved with baybayin script, an ancient form of Filipino writing.

Tiangco and Castel even also travelled all the way to Chicago, USA to see the Golden Tara in person.

“Kaunti lang kasi ang sinasabi sa pre-colonial history ng Pilipinas," said Castel. “Wala tayong identity bilang Pilipino, pero pag titignan mo yung mga ninuno natin, defined sila eh. Hindi tayo natagpuang indio ng mga Kastila."

For Tiangco, these treasures say so much about how rich our country was.

“When I say (we were) rich, talagang (we were) rich! We’re talking of gold here," shared Tiangco. “It tells you how creative our people were. Not only creative but intelligent!" Tiangco was also amazed by the craftsmanship of ancient Filipinos who created human-like burial jars such as those found in Maitum.

With the success of primetime epic-serye "Amaya," which has sparked viewer interest in pre-colonial Philippine history, Castel added that a history-related special documentary is nothing but “timely."

“Sana hindi lang yung mga televiewers, kundi rin ‘yung mga namumuno sa atin, sana ma-realize ang kahalagan ng mga bagay na ito," said Tiangco of the documentary’s subjects.

Both Tiangco and Castel hope that efforts can be made by officials to preserve the Philippines’ historical artifacts, and to strengthen support for the National Museum.

“Parang wala tayong pakialam sa history natin," said Castel. “Kung lilingon lang tayo sa nakaraan natin, makikilala natin talaga kung sino tayo as a race."

Watch "Philippine Treasures" at 10:30 p.m. this Sunday, September 11 on GMA-7.

The Golden Tara is a 10th century solid gold statue weighing four pounds is one of the most important as well as significant archaeological discovery in the Philippines in the 20th Century. Attention: Ms. Sophie DELEPIERRE

SUBJECT: GOLDEN TARA FROM AGUSAN, PHILPPINES

Dear Ms. DELEPIERRE,

In behalf of my countrymen, I’d like to raise ask some factual issues and an important question and request concerning the Golden Tara. Let me start by giving you a brief background on golden figurine, such as:

1. SIGNIFICANCE. The Golden Tara is the most important archaeological discovery in the Philippines in the 20th Century.

2. DISCOVERY. The Golden Tara was discovered in Southern Agusan, Mindanao, Philippines in 1917 when the country was a territory of the U.S. The country’s Civil-Governor during that time was Gen. Leonard Wood.

3. BROUGHT TO THE U.S.. When Gen. Wood’s tenure expired early in 1927, he brought back with him the Golden Tara to the U.S.

4. DONATION. After Gen. Wood died in the middle of 1927, his family donated the Golden Tara to the Chicago Field Museum, Chicago, IL. It has been in their custody since then (approximately 84 years).

5. RECENT EVENTS. Recently, many Filipinos residing in the West Coast have requested the Chicago Field Museum to have the Golden Tara exhibited at the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco. We have sought the kind help from our Consul-General in San Francisco; however, they but were turned down by the Chicago Field Museum for unclear reason.

As a consequence, we are forced to write you to raise the following issues and ask questions:

ISSUE #1: PLACE DISCOVERED. The Golden Tara was discovered in the Philippines in 1927 when our country was a still a territory of the United States.

ISSUE #2: VULNERABILITY OF ARTIFACTS. As a U.S. territory our cultural and archaeological artifacts, such as the Golden Tara, were vulnerable to acquisition and manipulation by foreign collectors.

ISSUE #3: SIGNIFICANCE. The Golden Tara was acquired by the Chicago Field Museum when our country and people were innocent on the historical value and significance of the figurine, except for the value of the gold the figurine was made of.

ISSUE #4: COLONIAL EXPLOITATION. As a U.S. territory, the Philippines was subject to material and mineral exploitation by its colonial master (Spain or U. S.A.).

ISSUE #5: EXHIBIT RIGHT. That we be given the right to occasional (June 12th Independence Day) exhibition of the Golden Tara by the Chicago Field Museum at the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco, CA.

ISSUE #6: EXCLUSIVE MUSEUM. As soon as the Chicago Field Museum agrees to our request, the Golden Tara will be exhibited EXCLUSIVELY at the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco, CA.

Based on the above 6-point issues, and our disadvantage (as a U.S. territory), everything boils down to the big question:

WHO IS THE LEGAL OWNER OF THE GOLDEN TARA?

In this connection, we request that your honorable office to declare the Golden Tara as a JOINT PROPERTY of the Philippines (thru its Philippine Embassy in the U.S.) and the Chicago Field Museum, Chicago, IL.

Lastly, here’s hoping for your understanding and prompt action on this matter!

More Power to UNESCO!

Filipino weapons & history ("Filhistory") mula doon sa artikulo <http://goo.gl/2DzFo> ni ambeth ocampo:

"The gold Agusan image survived the melting pot because it went to the Field Museum in Chicago. Beyer recommended that it be purchased for the National Museum of the Philippines.... When the government did not move, Beyer contacted Faye Cooper-Cole, Southeast Asian curator at the Field Museum, Shaler Matthews of the University of Chicago, and even the wife of then US Governor General Leonard Wood. Thus, the gold Agusan image was purchased by the Field Museum and saved from the melting pot. When rabid nationalist and heritage advocates scream repatriation today, they should realize that many Philippine artifacts are better kept and preserved in museums abroad. Many artifacts have survived to this day because they were not in the National Museum when it was destroyed during the Battle for Manila in 1945."

gayunpaman, sana ay dumating ang panahon na handa na tayong ingatan ang mga yaman ng lahi natin, para sa ganoon ay maka-"uwi" na ang mga ito.See More

"Beyer was of the opinion that the Agusan image was made in the Philippines by expatriate Javanese who were mining Agusan for gold at the time. On the contrary, the Dutch historian F. D. K. Bosch noted that because its style is different from the extant images made in Java, it could not have been made by Javanese artisans. Bosch said the Agusan image was crafted by pre-colonial Filipinos based on a Hindu or Buddhist prototype. It’s not very flattering to us, but Bosch declared that based on the faulty iconography and inferior craftsmanship, the image was made by Filipinos rather than by Javanese!

"One artifact, many questions. What were the Javanese doing in Agusan? Why would Filipinos make a Hindu-Buddhist image instead of a likha or an anito? If the image was copied from a prototype, was the prototype an actual image or a picture or drawing? Maybe the ancient Filipinos crafted the image for sale to Javanese as souvenirs? Don’t the Manobos, to this day, maintain the art of making small sculptural works in metal?

"Couldn’t the ancestors of the Manobo be the ones who crafted the Agusan image? The Agusan image opens a Pandora’s box of questions that don’t even need answers, because just by asking them will keep Filipino historians and archeologists busy for many decades."

Immigration monitors foreign nationals in Caraga
by Robert E. Roperos

BUTUAN CITY, September 8 (PIA) -- The Bureau of Immigration (BI) assured that foreign nationals residing in Caraga Region are monitored, not only to make sure they are following the laws of the country but also to ensure their protection.

During Wednesday’s airing of Caraga in Focus, a regular TV program of PIA-Caraga, Pastor Oran, Jr., Alien Control Officer of the Bureau of Immigration (BI) said his office is monitoring the activities of these foreign nationals to ensure that everything is placed in order.

Hundreds of Chinese nationals are in Caraga Region at present and they have been extending their visas monthly, while few Indian nationals are recorded because most of them are already having a Temporary Residence Visa (TRV), Oran said.

He said a foreign national can be a holder of a TRV if they have married to Filipino or Filipina.

Like the American, Japanese and other foreign nationals, if they are married to a Filipino national, they can also apply for a permanent residence. “We call them immigrant… Non-quota immigrant by marriage, that’s the precise visa name of these kinds of nationals,” Oran said.

However, the immigration official of the city said those who are extending their visas can only apply for a minimum of one month and a maximum of two months. “Thus, if their visas are already expired and they were not able to apply for an extension, they will be considered as illegal stay or unauthorized stay… but I believe that most of the foreigners here especially the Chinese are coming to our office to extend their visas,” Oran said.

Meanwhile, Col. Efraim Oropel, BI Technical Assistant for Intelligence said the immigration bureau is strengthening its information and advocacy campaign addressed to foreign nationals telling them of their responsibilities while they are in the country. “We are not scaring them but we are just telling them these things for their own protection,” Oropel said. Japan-Butuan bond towards progress
By MIKE U. CRISMUNDOSeptember 11, 2011, 3:27pm

http://www.mb.com.ph/articles/333924/japanbutuan-bond-towards-progress

BUTUAN CITY, Philippines – This frontier and capital city of the Caraga Region is seen as the pilot zone of various Japan Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) projects, as several untapped business opportunities are considered for development that will bring economic progress.

Based on their actual site inspection, the visiting Japanese delegation that is composed of economists, engineers, and members of the academe had seen biogas waste in the area as potential element to energize the Caraga Region, while the vast forest plantations will be vital for the production of wood pellets.

The Eight-Japan Engineering Consultants, Inc., and EJ Business Partners Co., Ltd. likewise proposed to establish a solid waste facility for the energy project in this city for the production of gas using a digester to create bio-degradable and saleable electric power that is created by gas engine.

This initial presentation and recommendation was the exit briefing of the Japanese delegation over the weekend based on the results of their actual site inspection, survey, verification, evaluation, and series of meetings with local officials and residents after their five-day sortie here that started Tuesday.

The Japanese delegation conducted a thorough study on various business opportunities for the PPP projects that are expected to benefit the estimated 298,378 inhabitants of this city.

While the Toyo University-PPP Research Institute also seen the vast and rich agricultural lands, including fishery, mining, energy development, forestry, trading, tourism, and other services that it emphasized as “very potential” for the various PPP projects in this city.

During their visit here, the city officials presented a 10,956-hectare area as ready for the corporate co-management agreement, agro-forestry and agri-industrial co-management for the Japanese PPP projects.

Local officials said these investment opportunity areas need financing for food production facilities, nursery, and seedling bank and culture laboratory, post harvest facilities, corresponding plants and transportation to support contract growers in the agricultural plantations, such as palm oil, pineapple, banana, seaweed, wood, arts and culture, and other agricultural products.

“We need you (visiting Japanese nationals) to boost our economic growth and be more globally competitive in the coming years,” said City Mayor Ferdinand Amante Jr., who spearheaded the city officials in accompanying the Japanese delegation during their five-day site inspection here.

The first and actual visit of the Japanese nationals in this part of the country was in corroboration with business group leaders here, in an objective to make this capital city more developed and progressive, attain an increase in revenues, and generate livelihood and employment opportunities to the local residents.

City dad envisions Butuan to be one of Phl’s cleanest cities
by Robert E. Roperos

BUTUAN CITY, Sept. 12 (PIA) -- City Mayor Ferdinand M. Amante, Jr. asked Butuanons’ support to make Butuan City one of the cleanest cities in the country.

During the launching of Clean Ground, Zero Waste program of the city government on Sunday, Mayor Amante pointed out the significance of having a healthier environment.

Amante said if Butuanons will give their all-out support to the program, the city government can save in as far as budgeting for health and social concerns of its people.

“Instead of putting up big budget for our medical facilities in our government hospital and investing too much for our constituents’ health, we should solve first the causes of health problems… and that is by ensuring a clean environment,” Amante said.

With this, the chief executive of the city said, “by sustaining this program, we may be able to be included in the list of the cleanest cities in the Philippines.”

True to its mission to seriously implement the program, awarding of “Clean Seals” as a behavior change strategy to households, puroks, barangays, classrooms, stall, and business establishments will be conducted regularly.

The city government will also be deploying 38 Eco Marshals to different barangays, as well as to mobilize of existing community volunteers and employ strategies.

The program also entails waste conversion to organic fertilizers (with national, regional and local policy and financial back-up) by setting up community-based organic fertilizer production facilities.

Meanwhile, the program will serve as a venue for the convergence and multi-sector mobilization such as barangays, regional line agencies, national government agencies, businesses, academe, provincial government, media, and the like.

Moreover, the program is integrating with other community “felt” concerns such as dengue and anti-rabies campaign. It also encouraged meaningful community participation and massive community actions. (PIA-Caraga)

Clean Ground, Zero Waste program, a demonstration of Butuanons’ unity for environmental protection, says official

by Robert E. Roperos

http://piacaraga.blogspot.com/

BUTUAN CITY, Sept. 12 (PIA) – Citing the importance of environmental protection, Vice Mayor Atty. Lawrence Lemuel Fortun on Sunday said the Clean Ground, Zero Waste program of the local government is a demonstration of Butuanons’ unity.

In his speech before the jam-packed 3,000-seater Father Saturnino Urios University (FSUU) gymnasium during the launching of the program, Vice Mayor Fortun said the activity is a demonstration of the Butuanon’s capacity to unite and work together for a common cause.

“We must be able to sustain that unity and cooperation to be successful of what we are doing,” Fortun said.

Vice Mayor Fortun also negates the notion that the forefathers have popularized. He added it is not true that the Filipino people are fond of practicing “ningas kugon” or mañana habit mentality.

“It is not true that we Filipinos are fond of this habit. Looking back at the history when our forefathers fought and risk their lives to achieve freedom and democracy, they have achieved it after a long period of war and were able to sustain their momentum until they have achieved it,” Fortun said.

He added, the Filipinos have the capacity to fought hard, work together and sustain unity.

The Clean Ground, Zero Waste program aims to facilitate social transformation processes among residents to manifest the desired behavior of segregating waste at source, cleaning the surroundings and converting wastes into money.

It also aimed to achieve massive conversion of waste into organic fertilizers (biodegradables) by the organic fertilizer production facilities and useful materials (non-biodegradables).

The framework for change involves the integration of social transformation strategies with economic transformation strategies. This entails continuing community education, reinforcing and recognizing good behavior, intensifying enforcement of ordinances and mobilization of eco-marshals and community volunteers. It also includes the establishment and operations of organic fertilizer production facilities to convert waste into organic fertilizers. (PIA-Caraga)

NEW BRANCH BUILDINGS & RENOVATIONS: P 57 Million Budget

http://www.businessweekmindanao.com/2011/09/12/onb-budgets-p-212-m-to-modernize-banking-infrastructure/

Finally, the remaining P 57 million out of the total infrastructure budget will be directed to supporting its aggressive branch expansion, increasing its presence in local communities across Mindanao.

For 2011, ONB will be opening new branches in Pasong Tamo Extension in Makati City; a second branch in Butuan City; Esperanza in Sultan Kudarat; and Sangali, Zamboanga City which will cost P 31 million of the total branch expansion and renovation budget.

To establish permanence in progressive communities that it serves, the Bank is also investing in the relocation of existing branches from small rented, to a bigger and more spacious bank-owned sites in areas such as Cabadbaran, Agusan Del Norte, Surigao City and Libungan, South Cotabato. P14 million will be spent for this.

ONB also allotted about P 12 million for major branch renovations giving five of its branches in Bansalan, Don Carlos, Monkayo and Compostela a new and modernized look. Refurbishing resulted to more advanced-looking branches and bigger lobby space for expanding clientele.

Before the end of this year, ONB will be operating a total number of 85 branches and 140 PeraAgad ATMs all over Mindanao and Makati City.

Today, ONB operates with a total number of 81 branches and 107 PeraAgad ATMs all over Mindanao and remains to be widest rural banking network in the Philippines and the most modern provider of banking services to the underserved and unserved communities in the country. – Suey Asuncion

CSU bags 3rd Place and 100% Passing in AE Board Exam 2011
www.carsu.edu.ph

Engr. Karyl M. Bajao bagged third place in the recently conducted Licensure Examination for Agricultural Engineers last August 22-23, 2011, wherein*CSU maintained a 100% passing performance for two successive years*while national passing percentage is 47.81%.
Together with her who successfully took and passed the exam were, Engr. Arnold G. Apdohan, Engr. Thessalyn A. Bongcawel, and Engr. Micuency R. Veloz. All of them were graduates last March 30, 2011.

The aforementioned exam was administered in Manila, Baguio, and Davao City by the Board of Agricultural Engineers composed of Engr. Ariodear C. Rico, Chairman; Engr. Juana T. Tapel and Engr. Felimar M. Torrizo, Members.
The performance of the Licensure Exam is highly impressive as the BSAE program offered in the College of Engineering and Information Technology is still on its second year of producing graduates. It is a living testament of the quality education CSU provides.
