Ang Phase 1 pa ang among gi pre-sell karon, its about 20% na
ang nakuha since november 2008 until karon nga time.
Until rapod January 31, 2009 ang among promo for 11.5% nga
interest para sa installment payments nga good for 5 years after that we
will start na sa normal interest nga 15% for the monthly amortization.

So much better kung makakuha this time kay makabarato jud ang mga buyers. :)

DENR, LGU launch "Save Agusan"

Butuan City (19 January) -- The local executive officials in tandem with Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) in Caraga Region have declared an an-all out war against illegal logging and mining operation in Agusan del Sur through the launching of the project called "Save Agusan."

DENR Regional Executive Director for Caraga Region Edilberto S. Buiser said the move is in line with the thrust and priorities of Secretary Lito L. Atienza, Jr. for 2009 on Socio-Economic Development that include the protection of the environment as mandated by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.

The PENR Officer Sixto S. Badua and Agusan del Sur provincial Governor Ma. Valentia G. Plaza and some concerned municipal mayors have pooled their resources together in what they perceived to be an effective strategy to discourage unscrupulous log traders from conducting their illegal act elsewhere in the province.

The nucleus of the Save Agusan project is comprised of the Governor of Agusan province, the environment and natural resources office of the local government unit, the Caraga Conference for Peace and Development, the Consortium of Civil Society Organization, Indigenous People, the Philippine Information Agency, the PNP Philippine Army and the DENR-PENRO and five CENR officers.

The local officials and the DENR have been alarmed by presence of a dozen of illegal sawmill operations by some residents who apparently were catering to undocumented forest products being brought to them by the poor people dwelling in the forest areas notably from the unguarded concession area of the PICOP Resources Inc. covered by Agusan del Sur the Compostela in Davao del Norte.

Timber poaching in critical watershed areas by people identified with the indigenous community is another concerned that is being given serious attention by the DENR.

Reports reaching the office of the DENR Regional Executive Director for Caraga Region Edilberto S. Buiser have indicated that the existence of few illegal mini-sawmill plants along the Bunawan Brooks and Rosario town has lured the natives to resort to illegal cutting of trees to earn few pesos to sustain their livelihood.

According to PENRO Badua, the participation of Governor Plaza and the municipal mayors in the newly-launched " Save Agusan " project is a big help in the anti-illegal logging campaign of the DENR in the province.

Director Buiser said the local officials shall lead the anti-illegal logging campaign in their respective area. The mayors, whenever necessary, will be fully supported by a multi-sector group consisting of representatives from the non-government organization, media, Philippine Army, the police, religious and the DENR.

The group has also included the anti-illegal mining activities in its scope of operation.

In a consultative meeting called upon by RED Buiser at his office on January 12, the Provincial Governor and the municipal mayors have committed to share their resources to strengthen the anti-illegal logging and illegal mining operations undertaken by the "Save Agusan" operatives.

The logistic support included vehicles, fuels, oil provided by the provincial government, and a 50-50 split contribution between the LGU and the DENR on the cost of hauling, loading and unloading of confiscated forest products.

Director Buiser said that despite the inclement weather condition, the Save Agusan group has began its operation on January 13 at Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur. The group is expected to sweep down in the areas considered as "hot spots" in the remote villages of Bayugan, Sibagat, Esperanza, San Francisco, Rosario, Bunawan, Trento, Sta. Balanghai Sohoton Resort is located in Sohoton Inland Lagoon in Bucas Grande Island.

The Malvars' also has another resort in Suyangan Island named Balanghai Surfing Turf Resort.

In the past the Malvars' also owned a hotel in the poblacion of Socoro, Bucas Grande Island but i think this property was turned over to the LGU.

We were able to avail of the Balanghai Nature trip several years back. From Balanghai Hotel in Butuan, the hotel vans brought us to Hayanggabon port in Placer. We thought we were heading towards Surigao City but when we arrived in Bad-as, we turned towards Surigao del Sur and stopped at Hayanggabon.

From Hayanggabon, a Balanghai cruise boat (like the ones the resorts in Boracay are using) brought us direct to Suyangan Island. You will find the clearest waters here and the corals are breathtaking. We spent the afternoon on cruise savoring the views offered by several islets within the vicinity. We spent the evening at Balanghai Surfing Turf. If not of the rain we could have slept on the beach stargazing.

The following day, the boat brought us to Bucas Grande Island where we visited a Waterfalls(I forgot the name). We even had the chance to climb this waterfalls with lots of Noni plants around.

From the Waterfalls, our next stop was at the town of Socoro. We spent maybe an hour exploring the poblacion of the town and visited the Balanghai Hotel Socoro(under construction during that time but is now owned by the LGU).

From Socoro, the boat then brought us to a cove owned by the Malvars. This is where Balanghai Sohoton Resort now stands. We climbed a hill and on the other side is a freshwater lagoon where lobsters were cultured.

On board again, the boat brought us to the DENR Station in Sohoton. Here we rode small pumpboats towards Sohoton Cave, the entrance to a hidden inland Lagoon. During high tide, the cave will be under water. Thus tours are coordinated carefully between tour operators and the DENR station.

Passing through the Sohoton Cave, we found ourselves in another world. Different kinds of jelly fishes are breeding in the waters of the lagoon. There are many islets within the lagoon. There are several caves with stalactytes and stalagmites. There is even one cave they developed as a swimming site with a floating kiosk at the entrance. There is also a cave where you can climb and find yourself out through a hole which will bring you to a place where you have to dive/jump back to the lagoon waters.

After several hours, we hurried back to the pumpboats and back to the Sohoton Cave for the tide was starting to rise. We rode back the Balanghai Boat from the DENR Station back to Hayanggabon where Balanghai Shuttle vans were waiting to bring us back to Butuan.

That's good news! Good start para sa mga taga BXU and good choice also from Filinvest og dili sila mag mahay sa BXU.

it was mentioned by the mayor that Filinvest is looking for more lands for possible development in the future....maybe the next time would be a town ship project na...^^

sorry reg ha pero pareho sila nagpaka ulaw. nag paka ulaw ang congress then ang LGU pud mismo for pushing the bill maski they knew man jud in the first place kung qualified ba jud sila. no, im not against na ma city sila pero dapat in a proper time agig respeto pud sa uban cities na maapektohan sa budget. kinsa guy d ganahan ma city ang isa kalugar as long as really qualified jud.

I hope the whole length of the runway will also be secured (fence) coz one time while a PAL Fokker turbo prop was about to touchdown, a motorcycle suddenly appeared and crossed our path. Our quick pilot aborted the landing and set the the plane to full throttle back to steep take-off.

based on the plan....unfortunately, there is no designated portion for the well wishers and the sundo..

just improvements on the arrival, deparure and the pre departure areas lang

However the DOTC-ATO failed to expedite the detailed plans of the 6 airports across the country thus fund release was severely stalled ending in the cancellation of the loan ..

Kung ma-okay na ni, everything will follow.

this also goes to its sister store Chowking...Jolibee really under estimated this Butuan market...

Manager man ko sa Jollibee diri Cebu. I requested for a relocation in any stores sa agusan. i talked to the store manager of jollibee sanfranz. wala na kuno vacant even in bxu but maghulat ra daw ko coz our developing manager in that district(nga iya bestfriend), ni-ingon nga mag-open daw 2 more stores in caraga.

With regards to other Business units of our company, wala gyud ko idea Bob coz our knowledge are only limited to Jollibee unless multi-brand ang i-open. Meaning, Jollibee store nga naa'y either Chowking, Greenwich or Red ribbon sharing the dining area which is the trend nowadays para mas daghan options ang customers. I agree nga kinahanglan gyud dugangan dinha sa bxu, frustrating gyud dinha maglinya. Ilang ingon kay the company is studying Langihan area if mo-click ba.

many customers are packed and cramped within the limited space of their Montilla Blvd. outlet and so is the store at GMall..

this also goes to its sister store Chowking...Jolibee really under estimated this Butuan market...

its a Jolibee and not Delifrance ...sa Langihan...op kors mu-click gyud na....the foot traffic of Langihan alone due to the nearby 2 big public markets....the Bus terminal...the jeep terminal...is enough already for a ready market...

and the crowd in Langihan is a mix of B and C...locals and transients...

other possible site would be AD Curato near Agusan and Central schools...

or another one at South Montilla Blvd...where they will target the many subdivisions nearby the proximity....this one though must feature a drive-thru...

Jolibee Foods need not wait for a suitable leasable building space....they could build stand-alone stores to these select locations

or if mag lisod sila due to finances...they can opt to open the area for franchisees...

even another one also in Libertad...being the citys largest urban barangay Reg..with FSUU Morelos Campus, Sto. Nino Church...PNP Caraga office....Sports Complex....and the many residential subdivisions surrounding it

Wala problema ang finances Bob. Sa location usually maglisod coz naa nindot nga location pero naa'y mga problems. Be it sa owner sa land, sa agreement, sa building nga rentahan kay daghan i-consider (like sanitation sa surroundings, fire safety, etc) or wala na vacant lot if mag-put up og free standing store. the company is also limiting franchise stores nga i-open. wala na ga-open franchise sa VISMIN area.

in that case...the playing field is wide open for either a 3rd or fourth Jolibee branch....versus that upcoming McDonalds store in Aquino-Montilla Blvd.

McDonalds have a ready land already at this corner lot..
