Franz-Bxu August 11th, 2009, 03:38 PM Franz, ha, what's OMG?
Is this a regular thing at Woodstock or one time only? Coz if that is so, NAH, mao diay my brother frequented na that place. Naa diay milagro :bash:
Ate bunns, OMG means "Oh My God" sometimes "Oh My Gulay" hahaha
Milagro? Ay ay.. Ipa-xXx nato na be para ma-raid sa PNP (agoi, basin apil-apil pud ning atong mga PO1 hahaah). Cat's Eye Cocktail Lounge pud daghan daw mga milagro behind that peach covered entrance.
By the way, me and my uncle Bob just came from Cafe Caliente 30 minutes ago. They close every 10:30pm diay pero according to the owner every Fridays and Saturdays, they close 11:00pm. I tried their Cafe Cappuccino while my uncle drank Cafe Macchiato once again. Last time we went there, we ate chocolate-stuffed muffins, now we ate a slice their Dark Chocolate cake. The owner was so kind that she let us taste her newly discovered Cheese Cake with Blueberry toppings... then after finishing what we've ordered, the owner had a 15-25 minutes chitchat with my uncle while I was silent eating the remaining cheese cake. They still have customers at this hour, usually in groups at the alfresco area. Whew! My stomach is extremely full.
While I was silent, I was also listening at their conversation since the owner sat right next to me...
Cafe Caliente is the sister company of Red Apple. The owner is a relative of the owner of Red Apple. She was born in Manila and studied Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Saint Paul's (Manila) and she migrated from Manila to Butuan in the '90s. Here in Butuan, she and her family resides in Barangay Tiniwisan (Reg, basin kaila nimo ni sila kay silingan man mo), she taught at Butuan Doctor's College and at Urios College (now Father Saturnino Urios University) for a while. Today, her family has a farm at Tiniwisan and Cafe Caliente and Option One Auto Garage were their first buisnesses. She's a fluent speaker of Tagalog and Bisaya.

jsl_bxu1206 August 11th, 2009, 06:48 PM Poverty Alleviation Funds Released to Cooperatives Now at 9M
August 11, 2009
by: striker_jem
Butuan – The administration of Mayor Democrito D. Plaza II already released through the City Cooperative Office close to 9 million pesos from its Poverty Alleviation Funds.
The funds benefited 56 barangays in the city intended to finance their livelihood projects with no interest.
According to City Cooperative Chief Mario Maputi, the P8,850,000 released as loans to different cooperatives in Butuan City was able to fund a fertilizer business to farmers, hog fattening, Bigasan Bayan, hollow block making and the establishment of sari-sari stores.
The project aims to recognize cooperatives who have partnered with the local government of Butuan to implement livelihoods purposely for poverty alleviation and people empowerment benefiting not only members but to the whole community as well.
Meanwhile, the City Cooperative Office continue to process documents from other cooperatives who wished to avail of the Poverty Alleviation Fund with the hope, that the program covers all 86 barangays in the city.
City Cooperative chief urged the people of Butuan to organize a cooperative and register with the CDA as a prerequisite in availing of the program and advise members to make full use of the cooperatives as their vehicle in attaining economic growth.
Mr. Maputi also stressed, the cooperatives granted with loans were then closely monitored by the city government to ensure funds are used purposely with the project submitted as approved by the City Cooperative Office.

jsl_bxu1206 August 11th, 2009, 06:51 PM Missing the Point at Butuan Watershed Controversy Forum
by Ben Serrano
August 10, 2009
BUTUAN CITY- The latest forum about the Watershed Controversy gave right minded people more questions to ask than answers, for example, of whose telling the truth, the 15-man government composite team tasked to investigate the watershed controversy or few Butuan City Government officials who claimed the illegal road construction finding is not true?
This is because some local government officials claimed they allowed the road rehab (road construction) at the watershed because it will be turn-over anyway to the Butuan City Government after completion of construction or rehabilitation?
Anyway the road rehabilitation does not cost government anything, local officials said.
May we asked now the DENR, the government agency constitutionally tasked to oversee, administer, protect and guard watershed areas in the country with coordination from various local government units, the people themselves and government agencies, if it is allowed to construct or rehab existing road inside protected watershed areas?
Naturally if it is allowed to rehab roads inside protected watershed then you have to cut twigs, then trees then bulldoze tons of tons of boulders. Is it allowed? Please answer this DENR Secretary please?
If it is legal, was there any permits issued for rehab? Was there Environment Compliance Certificate or ECC issued? Was there any road right of way issued?
And if it is illegal, then why the local government through the Mayor and his councilor son admitted during the forum as I have tape recorded it during showing it at Fil-Products cable TV this evening that they have given permit to that road rehab or construction?
The name of Agusan del Norte Governor Erlpe John Amante was mentioned at the forum by former Butuan City Mayor Daisy Plaza was Amante really instigating that there is indeed illegal mining at Butuan City watershed site?
The former Butuan lady Mayor was even calling Amante an illegal miner at the forum in front of mediamen is it true? I am just asking sir, madam because this is a big media legitimate story.
And if what Butuan City Government officials saying at the forum that there was no illegal mining and illegal logging at the Butuan City watershed, then what’s the used of creating or forming Fr. Saturnino Urios University-led Save Taguibo Watershed Network?
If there was no illegalities done inside watershed then why investigate in the first place?
If there were no illegalities done as local officials present at the forum insisted, then maybe the 15-man national government agencies probe team with even representatives from City ENRO and City Government present signed the findings were not telling us the truth eventually liars? BAKAKON in Visayan?
In their six pages initial official report dated June 9, 2009 signed by officials of the different government agencies and representative from the Catholic-led Caraga Conference for Peace and Development (CCPD) which composed the fact finding team recommended the following;
They even requested the Philippine Air Force to use two helicopters for further site visitations in case the LGU-Butuan City will not allegedly allow the team to pass through the Taguibon-Malinhawod road section which is located within watershed area.
And also request the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) to clear and secure the watershed areas from Barangay Anticala and Malinhawod (particularly areas 7 and 9) and request the Philippine National Police (PNP) to escort the team in the conduct of site visitation.
It also recommended concerned government agencies to continue the conduct of thorough and impartial investigation following confirmed illegal road construction, illegal mining and cutting of trees activities in the area.
Now with these facts issued and signed by the government composite team who is really telling us the truth?
Which also means the Butuan City Water District (BCWD) earlier investigation results with photios that showed indeed there is illegalities like illegal road construction inside watershed signed unanimously by BCWD Board of Directors are false, not true or fabricated?
Given all these facts it seems that the public were given a ride or a moro-moro?
Why during the forum with so many talented mediamen like from Bombo Radyo, Radyo Agong and many present at the City Mayor’s Office during said Mayor’s Forum why these questions or concerns were not raised?
And so many questions left unanswered? You be the judge dear readers, me, as neutral media and BCWD consumer and Butuan City resident and voter has the right to ask.
And so what now FSUU-led Save Taguibo Watershed Network, NEDA, NCIP and DENR? Where are the intelligent and beautiful people of Butuan City?
Now I say AMEN and AMEN. Tsk..tsk..tsk..

regjeex August 12th, 2009, 10:43 AM NGCP restores power supply to municipalities of Agusan del Sur
by G. P. Rebleza
Butuan City (11 August) -- The National Grid Corporation of the Phillppines (NGCP) the new operator of the transmission network nationwide has fully restored power supply to the municipalities of Sibagat, Bayugan and Esperanza, Agusan del Sur at 3:00 in the afternoon on Monday (August 10, 2009).
Power to the said areas, some part of Butuan City, Gaisano Mall and NIA-Bit-os Tripped off at 9:25 in the morning when a huge Falcata tree 20 kilometers away felled by tree harvesters and touched our line in between structure nos. BB 86 and BB 87 of Butuan-Bit-os-Bayugan 69 kilovolt subtransmission line (69 IOSTL) located at Camayahan Butuan City.
In the course of restoring the line, the power transformer no. 2 (with power Transformer no. 1 on scheduled maintenance) was affected resulting on a total black-out for all customers served by Butuan Substation which include Agusan del Norte Electric Cooperative Inc., National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Agusan del Sur Electric Cooperative, Inc. and Industrial limber Corporation.
At 11:30 in the morning on the same day, a section of Bit-os-Bayugan 69 K VSTL was isolated from the system energizing a section of Butuan-Bit-os 69 KVSTL while restoring power to part of Butuan City, Gaisano Mall, and NIA Bit-os.
Mr, Manuel A. Hamoy, Jr., head of NGCP District 4-Northeastern Mindanao immediately dispatched transmission line personnel to conduct foot patrol along the said line and cleared the faulted section to restore the power the soonest possible time.
He asked for public understanding for the inconvenience caused by these interruptions. (CCS, Corporate Affairs-Mindanao)

regjeex August 12th, 2009, 12:27 PM Supreme Court defers voting on case of cities reverted to towns
(The Freeman) Updated August 12, 2009 12:00 AM
MANILA , Philippines – Saying that two new justices have yet to study the case of the cities reverted back to towns and two other senior jurists are on leave, the Supreme Court en banc yesterday deferred the resolution of the appeal of the 16 cities to reconsider its November 18, 2008 decision that declared their cityhood unconstitutional.
“They decided to defer the resolution of the case to give the two new Justices every opportunity to be able to study the case and decide which (way) their votes should go,” said Midas Marquez in reference to newly-appointed SC justices Mariano del Castillo and Robert Abad. They replaced SC jurists Alicia Austria-Martinez and Dante Tinga.
Marquez also said that the justices present in yesterday’s en banc also have to wait for senior justices Consuelo Ynares-Santiago and Leonardo Quisumbing to come back after their leave to participate in the voting.
“We’d like everyone to have the opportunity to vote in this particular case, considering that it is really big,” said Marquez.
Of the 15 justices, 13 were present in yesterday’s deliberation.
There is no definite schedule yet as to when the voting for the third motion of the 16 cities will be, added the PIO chief.
The 16 cities filed its third motion for reconsideration last June, shortly after the High Court, in a 6-6 vote, junked their earlier pleading, which asked to review its main decision promulgated last November 18.
Meanwhile, upon learning of the deferment, Naga Mayor Valdemar Chiong said this may be favorable to them considering that Santiago’s votes in the past were in their favor. He added that the delay could also give the two new justices time to study the case and if they get lucky they can get them as well.
In the past, it had always been a tie voting. And a tie vote does not reverse the main decision, as in the case of the 16 cities.
Aside from Naga, Carcar and Bogo in Cebu, the other voided cities are Baybay, Leyte; Catbalogan, Samar; Tandag, Surigao del Sur; Borongan, Eastern Samar; Tayabas, Quezon Province; Lamitan, Basilan; Tabuk, Kalinga Apayao; Bayugan, Agusan del Sur; Batac, Ilocos Norte; Mati, Davao Oriental; Guihulngan, Negros Oriental; Cabadbaran, Agusan del Norte and El Salvador, Misamis Oriental.
In a six-page extended resolution dated June 2, 2009, the High Court said “there can be no doubt of the intention of this Court to consider (these cases) finally closed and terminated. Basic is the rule in our judicial system that litigations must end and terminated at some point”.
Last November 18, 2008, the Supreme Court, in a 6-5 vote, had nullified the 16 cityhood laws saying the 16 cities did not meet the income requirement of P100 million as dictated by RA 9009 for the conversion of a town to a city. It was the League of the Cities of the Philippines, in its petition, that questioned the constitutionality of the allegedly “wholesale” conversion of these cities.
Last December these nullified cities, through their lawyer former solicitor general Estelito Mendoza, filed their first motion for reconsideration, which was denied last January 13 by the High Court, citing that there was no substantial argument being raised.
The aggrieved party again filed its second motion for reconsideration in April, but on a 6-6 vote last April 28, for lack of merit, the court again denied the said appeal.
Last May 21, the 16 cities filed a pleading asking the court to review its main decision. It was however denied in a June 10 decision of the court en banc.
Meanwhile, Marquez clarified that since the aggrieved party has a pending motion before the court, the main decision is still not final.
“May MR pa so hindi pa final…status quo siguro,” he said, adding the 16 cities are still cities until the Supreme Court makes it decision on the case final and executory.
As to the problems with the Department of Budget and Management, which is now slashing the Internal Revenue Allotment of the affected cities, Marquez advised that they “manifest their concern before the court, and let it decide on it.”

Franz-Bxu August 13th, 2009, 01:59 AM hello to everyone... how's the weather in butuan?
Hi alfechekarl, we're all having the same problem, Climate Change. The weather in the past few days here were so extremely hot but after that there would be a thunderstorm. Yesterday, the rained poured early in the morning as if there was a storm but after 1-2 hours, the weather became clear and hot again and in the evening, rained poured heavily again.
rally August 13th, 2009, 02:46 AM Supreme Court defers voting on case of cities reverted to towns
Hmmm, thats odd. A THIRD Motion for Reconsideration being entertained by the Supreme Court and allowing two NEW justices to take part in the decision. I can only imagine the lobbying going on in the SC for this. However the League of Cities is not gonna take this sitting down.

regjeex August 13th, 2009, 08:50 AM Huge Tax Exemption Awaits Investors Here
With the aim of attracting more businessmen to pour in their capital investments here, the provincial government is giving huge tax exemptions to prospective local and foreign investors.
Under Provincial Ordinance No. 254-2009, otherwise known as the Investment Incentive Code of the province of Agusan del Norte, local and foreign investors will enjoy at least 3 years exemption in real property tax payment.
Said ordinance also aims to give due recognition to investors who have established their business here.
Accordingly those micro businesses or those that have a capital of up to P3 million pesos and have generated at least 5 workers who are constituents of the province, and those small business enterprises which owns P3 million up to P15 million in assets and have at least 10 jobs generated shall receive three (3) years in real property tax exemption.
Those medium enterprises that have P15 million to P100 million in total assets and have at least generated 100 jobs shall be exempted from real property tax for five (5) years while those large business enterprises which have P100 million above in total assets and at least generated 200 jobs shall be exempted for six (6) years.
Vice Governor Enrico R. Corvera said that this is one way of attracting more investors to invest here in the province. He said that this tax holiday is their expression of gratitude to businessmen who chose to invest here in Agusan del Norte.
Said Investment Incentive Code, authored by Board Member Rey G. Jamboy, was approved recently by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.

alfechekarl August 14th, 2009, 09:29 AM Looking for a way to shield the country from the impact of the still-raging world financial crisis? The solution may lie under the ground. Geologists from the Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) estimate that 9 million hectares in the country have high potential for copper, gold, nickel and chromite, which may amount to millions metric tons of mineral deposits which could fetch millions of dollars in the world market.
MGB data shows that the country contains an estimated 83 billion metric tons of mineral ore deposits. These deposits include more than 14 billion metric tons of metallic ore and more than 69 billion metric tons of non-metallic ore that can be found more abundant in the Sierra Madre mountain range in Luzon and in the Mindanao region. In Mindanao , the area from Davao to Butuan City is believed to be the richest mineralized area in the country.

alfechekarl August 14th, 2009, 11:49 AM Jollibee Gawad Kalinga (GK) Village, Butuan City
The Foundation embarks on its 3rd GK village in Butuan City in June 2009, with 49 families living in flood-prone areas in the city expected to benefit from the project. This project forms part of a wider effort of Gawad Kalinga, the Fr. Saturino Urios University and the Local Government of Butuan, to provide safe and decent housing and basic social services to families currently residing along the riverbanks of the Agusan River. The housing units are expected to be turned-over in December 2009.

There is a flowerhorn exhibit at Gaisano mall. Apparently, this fish is popular in Asia. According to one of the guys in charge of the display, this fish is replacing arwana in terms of the fish hobbyists' preference. Flowerhorns are thought to bring about good luck.

Guys i dont want to be pessimistic on these hospital projects all over the philippines bcoz, in reality, very few businessmen would like to invest in health industry. This is a very ambitious project and where are they going to get the funds for these..thru bank loans, who are their business partners, etc.. May shortage na ng doctors, medtechs , radtechs sa atin at nasa abroad na sila lahat. ok lang nurses dahil super dami ng nursing graduates natin ngayon.. Sana... these are real projects at hindi plano or ads lang...lets hope and pray hard na makagawa sila at least 50% man lang sa projects nila.
:hilarious

I have 2 flowerhorn fishes here at home ate bunns...hapit na sila mag two years dire sa ako. The price depends upon the quality of the fish if it has a huge hump on it's head or KOK, if it has vibrant coloration, if it has quality plummage or black markings, if it has quality pearl marks, the size of the fish, deportment, etc. Yes, they believe that this fish can bring good luck to the owner. They also believe that those black plums/plummage or markings on the sides of the Flowerhorn, can form into chinese characters.
There are two flowerhorn societies/clubs/organizations here in Butuan:
Flowerhorn Club Caraga - The original flowerhorn hobbyists organization formed last Summer 2008.
Flowerhorn Butuan Society - Some members of Flowerhorn Club Caraga left to form this new society. They organized the exhibit two feeks ago yet there were many comments nga pangit ang pagka-organize sa show.

With all due respect, I think you have to review your Philippine GEOGRAPHY!
Dipolog City is in Mindanao! Specifically in Zamboanga Del Norte! To make it more interesting, it is the CAPITAL of that Province!
Please Forgive me for being RUDE! PARDON ME... :ohno:

Fahdingding August 14th, 2009, 04:12 PM Guys i dont want to be pessimistic on these hospital projects all over the philippines bcoz, in reality, very few businessmen would like to invest in health industry.
Lets HOPE and PRAY na hindi hanggang "PLANO" lang ang mga ito!

To be honest, the same thing also crossed my mind. But more than that, I'd like to believe that this project is for REAL. It somehow give us hope that once we already have this major health care modern facilities in our Region that is specialized & equipped for specific medical needs, Caraganons no longer have to travel to Manila, Cebu or Davao.

That correct MSbunny... buti nga kay jan sa BXU may prospect ng $1 BILLION na hospital! I repeat 1 Billion dollars (not peso)... malaki talaga maitulong nyan not just for the constituents of BXU but for the whole CARAGA Region as well...
Sana nga kami dito in GENSAN meron ganun...pero we are hoping matuloy yung BILLION Peso Eco - tourism Project dito sa GENSAN ni Manny Pacquiao...
Kasi ang anchor project nya dun sa 300 hectare land na ididevelop nya is a $300 million MODERN HOSPITAL...
$700 Million less than the proposed hospital there in BXU! Hope matuloy talaga!

A lot of good news!
jsl_bxu1206 August 14th, 2009, 06:43 PM DTI implements CLEEP in Butuan, Agusan Norte
Butuan City (14 August) -- In order to address the global financial crisis which resulted to the temporary or permanent closure of companies which further resulted to a number of displaced workers, DTI-Agusan del Norte implemented the CLEEP to give these displaced workers alternative or at least temporary means of livelihood while waiting for another employment opportunity.
For the period February 2 to June 30, 2009, DTI-Agusan del Norte Provincial Office was able to deliver the following to the locality's displaced workers and their dependents, graduating students and out-of-school youths: 84 Training Activities were conducted, 26 of which is "Starting Your Own Business Enterprise (SYOBE)" and 58 were Skills Training on – Joining the Direct Selling Band Wagon, Perfume Making, Cologne Making, Fabric Conditioner Making, Massage Therapy and Reflexology, Abaca Rope Making, Meat Processing and Basic Hair Trimming. These training activities generated a total of 3,360 participants, where 427 MSMEs were developed and 427 Jobs were created.
The above skills training activities were selected based on these criteria: a. minimal capitalization is required to be able to start the business immediately; b. skills are easily acquired; and, c. products are easily marketed. Thus, for the period, the newly developed micro-entrepreneurs were able to generate a total sales of Php 421,000.00. (DTI-13/PIA-Caraga)

jsl_bxu1206 August 14th, 2009, 06:44 PM Feature: Consumer welfare geared to mitigate global crisis
Butuan City (14 August) -- With the global financial crisis still prevailing, the need for concerted efforts and cooperation among the affected sectors is deemed imperative. Hence, the government is initiating programs and activities to mitigate the negative impact to the most vulnerable sectors.
Among the projects identified is the implementation of price discounts on selected basic and prime commodities aimed to provide price reprieve to our poor consumers. Dubbed as "Produktong May Diskwento Para sa Mamimiling Pinoy" (Promo Diskwento), participating distributors of basic and prime commodities are gathered in one venue to sell their respective products at company prices.
As of date, DTI Butuan City / Agusan del Norte Office had conducted three (3) Promo/Diskwento activities in time with the celebrations of the Balanghai Festival, the Araw ng Agusan and the Adlaw Hong Butuan. Participated in by nine (9) distributors/companies, the promo/diskwento activities generated a total sales of at least P150,000.00. (DTI-13/ PIA-Caraga)

jsl_bxu1206 August 14th, 2009, 06:44 PM DTI awards consumer-friendly establishments with seal of excellence
Butuan City (14 August) -- To give due recognition to establishments that uphold the rights of consumers, implement good business practices, and where consumers get best value for money, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) recently launched the Certified Establishment (CE) Program.

jsl_bxu1206 August 14th, 2009, 06:46 PM Emergency hirees help DTI-Agusan Sur expand services
by Nestor A. Sobrepeña and Ana Roselyn A. Colima
Prosperidad, Agusan Del Sur (14 August) -- The Department of Trade and Industry in Agusan del Sur [DTI-AdS] has expanded its services in response to the need to provide alternative means of livelihood to those affected by the economic crisis.
This the office did with the help of personnel who are themselves part of the group of targeted beneficiaries.
DTI-ADS was given funding under the agency's Comprehensive Emergency Employment Program [CLEEP] to do emergency hiring of seven [7] personnel. Two were hired as training personnel for the agency's alternative livelihood assistance program, one as Financial Analyst to help beneficiaries source funding for their IGPs, and four were assigned to help out the Consumer Welfare Division in conducting weekly price monitoring and reporting on basic and prime commodities in key towns of the province.
The additional price monitors who were deployed in San Francisco, Trento, Talacogon and Bayugan City allowed the provincial office to do extensive monitoring of business establishments. About 459 business establishments were also checked on the compliance of price tag, business name registration and product labeling. This contributed to the increase of business name applications filed in the office.
The CLEEP training assistance on the other cover both skills and management "how-to" packages including "starting a business", basic recording and costing, business plan preparation and micro-financing. Offered as well were trainings on skills and technology demonstration on food processing, flower and handicraft making especially directed to the women, agrarian reform beneficiaries and other would-be entrepreneurs.
Management trainings were given to individuals, farmers, food processors and enterprise bank clients in the province. The local banks believe that with this type of business management assistance, their clients will be guided in using their borrowed funds more wisely.
As of end of the 1st semester, DTI- AdS has already conducted 57 CLEEP trainings to 1,560 participants. (DTI-Agusan del Sur/ PIA-Caraga)

Dipolog City is in Zamboanga del Norte after Dipolog is Dapitan where our national hero Jose Rizal was exiled during the spanish colonization of our dear mother land where he performed the first eye operation ever in the Philippines to his mother... I've been there during one of the Boy Scout of the Philippines jamboree and as a representative of my school...
alfechekarl August 14th, 2009, 09:40 PM karl, let's post the FLOWERHORN FISH EXHIBIT. I remember Franz mentioned naa siya'y pet na flowerhorn fish :) I wonder how many? sus ka expensive man diay ani no?
There is a flowerhorn exhibit at Gaisano mall. Apparently, this fish is popular in Asia. According to one of the guys in charge of the display, this fish is replacing arwana in terms of the fish hobbyists' preference. Flowerhorns are thought to bring about good luck.

Fahdingding August 15th, 2009, 08:38 AM Welcome fahdingding.... hehehehe
THNX BRO!:drunk:
BOB-bXu August 15th, 2009, 09:32 AM nganong naa pa man nakabutang nga Ford Cagayan? puro nalang sa ilaha? :bash: why not Ford Butuan? ilahon naman lang tanan... hasta ang ABS-CBN under the management of CdeO? which i dont like... :bash: BXU is in separate region already and not in NORMIN :bash:
do not worry Reg...that is just in a matter of business or trade name for which the company - FORD could save from busness regulatory taxes if they use an already registered trade name that is Ford CDO...
but that is just on a name...even if it carries the name of the parent firm....still it owes to the city of Butuan the same business taxes like it owes to that city in CDO...
on the bottomline....it is an additional choice for the growing number of car dealers here in Butuan ^^
msbunnybxu August 15th, 2009, 09:33 AM Sure na siya modagan ate bunns? How is he related to the Amante dynasty?
That's what I heared. Dr.Ferdinand Amante is the older brother of Sammy Amante.

:hm: please verify sir bob....
this one escaped my radar...or is this the same I heard around of a big hospital coming up in the city? :)
in the meantime...regarding hospitals.....Holy Child Hospital will be pushing for their Medical Tower project right next to their present building there in Guingona by next year ^^
msbunnybxu August 15th, 2009, 09:46 AM Murag daghan ma'y nabuhat si Daisy dire..I forgot lang, kay you know I was in elementary...hehe bata pa kaayo ug utok ug walay paki-alam sa siyudad.
Okay ra sa ako kung siya ang himoon ug mayor sa siyudad kay she has an experience naman pod and her husband baya was a mayor, pwede niya tiwason ang mga projects ni boy daku kundi mag-develop ug bag-o. She also needs some advice from her husband since her husband knows everything from budgets/funds to projects, etc. It's time for Boy Daku to rest naman, rest as in higda-higda, ingkod-ingkod, dili pod kanang rest sa lungon hahaaha. :hahaha:
Kung si Joboy, ok ra pud kay daghan man siya'y nabuhat. As you can see everywhere in Bxu, "Thru the efforts of Cong. Jose "Joboy" S. Aquino II".
What I remember of Mrs.Daisy Plaza was that time when the Butuanons got angry at her when she showed up "DAW???" at Otis Mall supporting that so called "people power" of the Otis family to stop GMALL to enter Butuan? Mura'g kataw-nan sab no? I am not very sure though how true this is but that had been the TALK of the town for quite sometime :ohno: Should she decide to run, basi makabawas "Beauty points" na sa iya? hehehe...Some people might think, basi there'll be another "rally" to STOP ROB??... ...:bash: Guys, tinuod ba gud ni at that time? or tsismis lang?
Are you campaigning now Franz for Joboy? hehe
