Nice two-toned facade with those vertical stripes and setbacks to enhance the height. Dont really like those rings around the spire but they look great at night.

New Jack City September 4th, 2003, 12:45 AM 7/10...The setbacks are OK, though not my type. The colors are decent, the top is unique and looks weird. Though the night view makes up for everything.

There's good contrast between the glass and the rest of the facade, and the "racing stripes" and set backs give it some depth, especially since the "stripes" are actually slim ridges.
BUT...
It's still rather bulky, and, once again, while I appreciate the lack of flat roof, I'm not completely sure about that spire...

I don't like it. It lacks a sound, unified theme. Moreover, large sections of windows are blocked by concrete strips that are neither necessary for structural support nor helpful in aesthetic improvement. It's just not a sensible design.
