Smokeey February 6th, 2008, 09:14 PM Hi CityofVillains, whats the rate per sq foot for this tower?
CityofVillains February 6th, 2008, 09:59 PM Around 465 per square foot.. The tower is located on the main Emirates Road and is going to be built on a corner plot.
Smokeey February 7th, 2008, 12:04 AM Thanks :)
Price is a little higher than I expected for EC...does that mean the recent price hike in the city centre is now filtering through to the other projects outside the city?
CityofVillains February 7th, 2008, 06:06 AM Around AED 340,000 for a 1 B/R is not so bad.. considering the tower is right on the Emirates road. Accessible from the park @ emirates city,, and in very close proximety to the proposed shopping mall.
CityofVillains February 9th, 2008, 07:28 PM Today (2-3 days later) the price of my 1 B/R is above 390,000 AED :). If anyone's interested to get the same price that i did ..; let me know :)
CityofVillains February 9th, 2008, 08:15 PM From the R&R Property Show,

elegance342 June 19th, 2008, 02:43 AM Hi, I'm new on this board.
Is there anybody who has purchased with chapalworld the legacy? I have not received contracts yet and I purchased back in February?
What is the psf rate here now?

I am afraid, you probably have lost your deposit. Wait for the cancellation letter.

Don't worry, you should get your contract soon. They've started to issue them recently. Keep up with the payments, though.
Zain's post above is surprising. Hope he/she can elaborate on it.

Their service is very lousy. They cannot cope with the number of projects and customers they have. In my view, your money is not safe with them. They have not raised any of their projects off the underground yet, and they keep selling paper toys buildings. They are heading for disaster.

Two completely different things. The question was about issuance of contract. You reply with your personal opinion on Chapal's ability to deliver, which is irrelevant here. “Cancellation note” and “lost deposit” talk cerainly makes no sense.
Can you please explain what is your interest in bashing Chapal all over the forum?
I’d understand posting facts that investors / potential investors need to know to make decisions. But your negative opinions about a project, that’s basically still in the sales phase, look like malicious posts.
Thank you.
faisal_107 July 17th, 2008, 12:23 PM well said KOMI spot on stop the bashing of chapal they are still in sales phase and are very reputable of there big projects. keep your personal opnion to urself we dont need it here!!!

I am merely relaying the truth. If you only want praises, then you don't use forums where people express their views for the benefit of the unaware readers. But if you are acting for Chapal it is another matter.

ok prove me with ur facts show me evidence back up ur statements what makes u say all this ?? did u have bad experience is dat why ?
komi July 18th, 2008, 03:04 PM Of course we do need opinion. But give us some boring facts you base it on. Especially when making grand statements about “heading for disaster”.
Ok, “lousy customer service” may be a fact. But you don’t often come across other sort of customer service in this country. And it becomes extremely rare @ 500 dh psf.
So – yes, possibly a bumpy ride, but still good value for money.
