Jo February 11th, 2008, 10:36 AM ha! I didn't expect to find Swedish marketing material in the Thai forum :)
It's not that much hard facts actually. They talk about a calm and peaceful atmostphere with a five star hotel service and how you can both own and rent out your place with a guaranteed return rate. Like with The Sukhothai Residences I guess.
They mention the location, close to Pattaya and to 20 golf courses. Each unit will have a sea view and feature a combination of Asian and Scandinavian interior decoration.
Glen Asia - I never heard of them but the tower looks good and I see now they have a couple of other Thai projects in the portfolio. Looking forward to see the Pattaya/Jomtien skyline in a few years!
Speed February 11th, 2008, 10:43 AM Jo..lots of people from Scandanavia and Siberia look to Thailand (and Pattaya for some reason) to get away from frost :)
by the way Sukhothai is not offering guaranteed returns, but next door Banyan Tree is offering guaranteed 6% return per year....
Pas February 12th, 2008, 02:04 AM Pattaya skyscrapers just get taller and more sophisticated.
Is the developer from Scandi'? its amazing developers everywhere are flocking to Pattaya.
archstudent February 12th, 2008, 03:11 AM cool!!
Chad June 2nd, 2008, 08:19 AM They finally launched the project...sadly, floors reduction cuts it to only 20..:(

qwinty June 2nd, 2008, 06:09 PM Just wondering if you guys think height / no. of floors is the most important thing in these new developments?

definitely not!
We just think that for such a nicely designed building like this one deserve to be much taller, at least as tall as the original proposal.
try to see how we reacted when we saw the tall but ugly one

phukethunter June 7th, 2008, 02:46 PM imho, it actually looks better than the tall version...but, one has to appreciate low density estate and the price point vs. the higher density taller version. if the development is done right, these ower density developments will be something different and attract a buyer...
