With all these loadshadding, crime etc issues we having in this country of ours, we have been complaining but quite honestly we do not do anything to improve other peoples lives. As I browsed though Auckland ;) photos by Mr K, one idea struck me and that's JAFA Taxis.

Don't you think this will work in our cities especially to transport people from one mode of transport to another? In Jozi there are homeless boys who have been doing almost the same as JAFA taxis for a while now even thoug they don't carry passengers but their goods between modes of transport.
The idea is to have them also driving people from one mode of transport to another or even between 2 places of interest for example between Bree Street Taxi rank to Newtown.
Please tell me what you think, may be you can also come up with other ideas.
