But i think the most expensive per sf is at Orchard residences, $5600 psf. The Marq is only $5000 psf.

what about the ones near the one raffles quay fronting the marina? i wanted to invest in those buildings, but when they were way over my budget.

The highest transacted psf so far is The MarQ @ Paterson transacted at S$5262 psf (and another at S$5100 psf) in 2007 (just a 16th level unit). The other that cross $5k psf is Orchard Residences (above Ion, the up and coming new mega shopping mall on top of Orchard MRT station) at S$5000 psf also in 2007 (a 54th level unit).
