God I hate the entire building a lot and it's my least favorite. I actually don't think I'd even notice this one if I went by it. So it hardly even exists to me. 2/10

Am I suppose to be impressed? Why not? I just don't feel like it. It suits the city, like Captain Crunch cereal with orange juice. Though it taste like nothing at all, this building is nothing to me. The design is so weak that it makes Clay Aiken look sexier on a CD cover. I am not veyr happy with the layout of the windows, the architect might have tried to hard, or might be the builders lossing the placements in mathimatical order, I don't know. I blame the both of them. 5/10, it looks futuristic. OK....it's an average. There.
