Yes. The colour is striking and ostentatious. I also like the series of setbacks which help to bring the mass to life and those vertical elements make this thing soar.

I feel the 2 measly spires are unnecessary though.

9/10 its interesting how the towers do not match, but I love the setbacks on the left (south) tower that almost look like a glass pagoda ontop. Nice assimilation of the culture in the tower. The color is rather strong, but ballsy in a good way.
