Since 2006, there is a open public restaurant in the 30th floor. This building has been build in the MediaPark area to upvalue Cologne as a media city. For example the biggest german private tv channel has its seat in Cologne.
Its facade is to imiate clound reflections.

The Shape does whole lots of impact to the appearance of this tower, from normal-ugly-box-like to one of the most visually striking office block I'v everseen...Rises in a perfect height, placed in a perfect location yet planned to the best with low-rise surrounders just to dominated it well with the old yet new neighbourhood.......
