It's trying too hard to be different.

It's an interesting design but it looks so unstable, like it could fall over at any minute. I prefer buildings to be more 'solid' and firmly attached to the ground.

I really appreciate that structure, but ok - this really is a matter of taste. But I think it's quite stunning, so I gave a 9.5/10 :)
