There will be 2 towers and one of them will be the tallest in the city, with around 200m.

There will be also a mall.

There is no source for the height! So how can you say it has 200m. The right tower seems way smaller than the left one!

The building will placed in mid of a industrial area, next to Pinheiros river, HSBC Hall show house, near to João Dias bridge too

It appears that the actual height has been confirmed to be 189 meters. The thread title needs to be corrected and then moved to the proper forum, since it is now under 200.

Very nice project ! The entrance looks very elegant and attractive. Both towers own such interesting designs although there is no total harmony between them... Proposal seen from general floor plan is great !

Nice tower. But about six months ago there was some spaculation about a 300 + meter tower in Sao Paolo here on the forum. Is there an news about this project
