The 'silent' user of the SSC forum, Marco ( ;) ), alerted Pule to this fantastic proposed development. I have worked it out as being on the corner of Rivonia and 5th Roads in Sandton, diagonally opposite (on the Sandton City side) where the station is being built. It's magnficent stuff!

Let's hope it goes through!

I passed the site today, there's a dull, brown office block which seem not to be taken care of. Marco, we need more info buddy.

I have a feeling its Paragon Architects but i could be wrong!

Marcus have promised to send more info on this as it is an "Inisde Job", but he told me that his buddy said we must just relax for the time being.

Marco, please keep us updated. I passed there and there was no sign of any work.

I posted that in Sandton Discussion as I was getting confused.

Lets hope this one is one of the projects which is a pact of those to be completed by 2010 as per an article I posted yesterday.

This could quite easily become one of my all time favourite towers .... I love all the different facets to it.

Just to clarify, I believe the site is in red, with the Audi dealership in green. Sandton City is clearly across the road:

I really love this one. Regardless of all the other beauties that have been announced/proposed - it's still awesome.

LOL, thought there was some update on this. No i dont think so hey, thanks to the recession. No need for this sorta development right now...

I got used to the fact many nice buildings are never build in the country, what ever new tower proposed I no longer jump around as it could be that, proposed.
