SKY PARK is a project of korean company in Azerbaijan. This complex consist of 6 towers - the tallest one is 55 floors and the the shortest one is 35 floors.
The concept of this project is: a city in the city.

I am not in Baku now, so if you have any information about the development of this project, i mean construction works, please keep us in attention

3 highrise buildings will B completed in 3 years ( exact deadline is set ) and the rest 3 will b completed by 5 years , inshaAllah ( also deadline set ) . penalty amount of 500 000 USD is set for every day if not completed by the deadline

Super! :banana: This project will be awesome. And i know that territory. There is already a business district of Baku: Hyatt Regency, Park Hyatt, Hotel Europe, International Business Center, Natavan Business Center, Caspian Plaza, Bridge Plaza, Heydar Aliyev Sports and Exibition Center, some new u/c office buildings, and this awesome project of SKY PARK BAKU :)

I have good news from Sky Park project. They finished the basemnt works of one of the tower's of Sky Park (the park of the site close to Abu petrol station and Altes Park)

After a long time of on hold status one of the biggest projects of Baku is getting a second chance. They have recently started to update the fence posters and there are workers on the construction site :)
