SKY PARK is a project of korean company in Azerbaijan. This complex consist of 6 towers - the tallest one is 55 floors and the the shortest one is 35 floors. The complex will be located close to The Sport Arena named after Heydar Aliyev.
The concept of this project is: a city in the city.

Very nice project, the quality and quantity of projects coming out of Azerbaijani is really surprising.

Construction works will start soon, they prepare those territory for construction works. They plan to build first 3 skyscrapers of this project in 3 years, others will be build later.

AZKOR is under construction. 6 tall skyscrapers with the tallest one up to 55 floors soon in Baku :)

The last rendering is clear than previous one. It will change Baku skyline for 100%. And if we count Park Plaza Towers and one more u/c tower next to Caspian Plaza, this area will be future skyscraper area of Baku

As i heard from the news, 3 of 6 skyscrapers of SKY PARK are expected to be finished in 2010.
