This building is, I believe, the tallest in Durham. It is not located in downtown Durham, but rather in an area surrounded by trees, making the building seem very tall. The windows reflect the color of the sky, making this building look very impressive in a sunset (sorry, I don't have any pictures of this).

scdog99 March 9th, 2005, 01:31 AM I live in Raleigh, right next to Durham, and every time I ride by it, I cringe. This is the worst building in the city. It would look better downtown. Instead, it is located in an area full of freeways, strip malls, and restaraunts. It is very ugly when you see it in person and ruins the whole area. AWFUL! less than 3
