I gotta say I'm very pleasantly surprised by the good signage in general (I think it's very good that most former French colonies use the French signage, also the Egyptian one is quite interesting), not to mention the very good road quality in some cases!

Some roads are just the same or even better compared to what we have here in Romania, which is an EU country :ohno: (well, maybe except the Angola ones ;) )

Mmmmm no South African highway pics in a Africa thread??? Mayby were not on this continent? South Africa has some of the best roads in the world especially the mountain passes in the western cape are on par with the best passes in the Alps. Many super cars get tested on the roads near Cape Town!!!
