This is one of the most impressive scraper projects I've seen from Sampa. But it would be cool though if the city builds a supertall

By the looks of the renders, that proposal looks taller than 200 meters.

This project is, definitely, a welcome relief from the mundane ugly high-rises that define this mega-city. :banana:

Great design. Hopefully this is the start of a new age for architecture in Sao Paulo. It would really liven up the cities skyline, which is already great in terms of desnity.

There are well over 100 floors in the render, possibly as many as 120! This would definitely be a supertall, at least 400 meters in my opinion. Gorgeous design, and fitting for a city like Sao Paulo. It's high time they starting building very tall there.

Probably one of the visionary and never builts of the city! Impossible this one being approved or even built! Only with a foreign investor. Brazilian firms do not invest in such huge projects. I would rather says: visionary, unfortunately! One of the 10 biggest cities should have at least one or two 400m+es!

OH: Petrobrás HQ would be for RIO, not for Sao Paulo!!!!

I hope they build this one.. I'm full of great projects for Sao Paulo that are never made. They just make the projects and... Nothing else.

Great design...it was about time that Brazil finally started to build 200m+ towers.

Couldnt agree more. It´s about time to SP build a tower like this, so this way that french "Spiderman" Alain Robert will not have arguments anymore to criticize Sao Paulo, like he did some weeks ago, saying there were no beautiful and tall buildings in the city which´s actually true.

It´s actually exceeding the time to this huge city build these bigs ones and finally take the lead of Latin America....we just need more investments and public support.
