Latest news... it's kind of sad. We don't have many old cemeteries there and now gov's clearing one of them. :(
IIRC it's a Teochew cemetery belonging to the Ngee Ann Kongsi. The front part of the cemetery with rolling green hills are just a small part of the cemetery. A large part of it is now very overgrown and forgotten, located all the way up the hill.
