most of mr. donuts outlets are like that nowadays, mga stalls na lang. basin dako og percentage ang take out transactions mao giwala ang dine-in facility. lahi ra gyud ang dunkin donuts coz you see a lot of dine in customers.

its not possible....but it will run long long long long time before it will be realize....but this river may have potential too........it may be like one in thailand...but for me im contented kun makit-an naku ini dri na limpyo....with all those house tana tagaan nila ang river ng space para ma ka ginhawa!!!:speech::lol:

The Sandiganbayan has made final and executory the graft conviction of Dinagat Islands Rep. Ruben Ecleo Jr., dismissing his motion to recall the anti-graft court resolution and a warrant for his arrest.

In its resolution, the court said Ecleo himself had noted that the Supreme Court had ruled on the different petitions he filed before the court. Hence, the decision is now final and executory.

The Sandiganbayan earlier affirmed 3 graft convictions against Ecleo in connection with his stint as mayor of Surigao del Norte between 1991-1994.

A separate parricide case remains pending against Ecleo in connection with the death of his wife, 4th year medical student Alona-Bacolod Ecleo, who died on January 5, 2002.

Ecleo won as representative of the lone district of Dinagat Islands in the May 2010 elections.

Supreme Court spokesman Jose Midas Marquez, meanwhile, said there is nothing barring the execution of warrant of arrest against Ecleo because there is no Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) on the Sandiganbayan order.

The House of Representatives leadership had previously stated that once they have copies and a certification of finality, they will strike out Ecleo from their rolls.

I still have to wait the final and complete rendering para makita gajud nato kon uno ini ka dako sanan mahibaw-an nato kon pila an gross floor area...I'll try to ask more info sa ila FB with hope mo hatag sila nan further info about this project.....basin sakto si madam sc na dako an lujo based sa lot area and based sa rendering bagan it's more than 2 floors....wait and see kay basin may surprises pa sila sa mga Surigaonon.....kay kon dako an dyagan nan structure sa likod more or less may atrium ini sija so more or less may scenic elevator and scalator....just my imagination I hope sakto ako pangagpas.

Perspective drawings are sometimes tricky. Pwede dako sa rendering pero sa actual arang ra kagamay. Pwede sad gamay sija taw-awon pero arang ka dako baja sa actual. Depende jaon sa angle.

Actually arang pa gajud jaon kataas sa likod an lote nila. Dako-dako ini na Gaisano tan-aw ko.

based ani nga pix bagan gamay ra sija lantawon but isa raman ini ka angle, im sure dako ini sija kay dako man ila area ug im sure hawag ini sa suyod. nice ang design and color combination. para nako, it doesnt look like the usual gaisano design and color ug bagan "S" paman gani lantawon. Im happy for this. felig nako coffeeshops tanan ang sa suyod hahahaha sosyal ug dating. wew!

guys lantawa ug tarong. for me, iton dayan dili ton amu ang highway. iton na dayan amu iton ang exit sa terminal. so this angle is not facing the national highway. im sure taas pa ini labi na sa national highway nga side. like sa gaisano butuan, dili ba gamay sija when facing the highway. so dapat jud na makita nato ang iban angle

as ive said, not the usual gaisano mall design you've seen all over visayas and mindanao. for me, ok na ako ani, feeling gani nako mga resto ug coffeeshops lang ang tenants ani hahaha. nice ang color combination, may pagka sosyal ug dating :banana:

Speaking of Nueva area, I think the city lgu will consider/study the reclamation of that polluted lagoon (traversing nueva, espina and the back of Surigao High campus, to give way for the city center's expansion and development. This lagoon is already dead. In fact, it has been serving as the city's largest natural (not man-made) toilet since time immemorial. It can be converted into a commercial center that will house a mall, a public market, the new city hall perhaps, etc.

Agree. in house key personnel are not contractual, but the bulk of the rank and file employees will be.

A matter of balancing act, even the contracting out of employees is supposed to be a violation of labor laws but many big companies find this cheaper and more practical than hiring their own employees with the accompanying head aches of labor. even the call center phenom is part of this contracting out of services.

as iv said, dont get me wrong, im all for these malls cropping up here. just showing to you the other side of the coin so to speak.

Come to think of it, Palma and /absolute do not demand high standards for their would be employees knowing the salaries they give. and those with the credentials would of course not apply in this establishments.but then again how can you argue with this - marajaw rakan jaon, bisan gamay, kay sa waya gajud.:)

usually if you are to present a perspective ang main entrance gajud ipakita. Jaon sa ija right corner jaon may agihan.basin amo jaon an pasingud sa terminal.

super nice jud ila location sa ako!! the best! If 2 storey ra jaon but im sure this mall will be improving jud. There were 2 applications for subdivision (economic housing) are now pending for approval just for luna alone.:banana:

what she said kay didtto gyud kuno sila sa gasoline station nga 2012 pa mahuman ang contract. hulaton daw nila. drive thru gyud daw didto.

she didn't mention about gaisano. for sure their company knew before nga gaisano was coming. tandag hinuon butangan daw og jabee. ilaha gihapon nga franchise.

Looking at this render, I can see Gaisano taking off from its traditional design. Strong earth tones on its exterior and minimal boxiness is less intrusive, IMHO. I would not go too far to label it as having a strip mall appearance but I guess we have to wait and see the rest of the renders.

my question is WHY? mas dako pa diay ang Sogod kaysa Surigao City? Gaisano Malaybalay and Valencia are even bigger nga bag-o ra na sila nahimong city. sayop ang Gaisano Capital.:ohno::ohno::ohno:

The good thing about having a not so big Gaisano here is it will give room for other malls to open and compete. If Gaisano will build a huge mall with theaters etc, Robinsons et al will be have a tough time to enter a market with a very strong competition.

I'm sure Gaisano studied retail trends in Surigao. Whether they looked at the mining companies and realized that they are not yet fully operational and are still in various stages of exploration or considered our special status as among the top 10 poorest provinces in the country, we don't know. What we know is they are building a mall here and the render does not look the way we expected it.

I suspect this is a test mall for Gaisano in Surigao. Once they find out that it is very profitable to do business here- they might consider a bigger mall for Surigao. If I'm not mistaken, Tacloban and Ormoc started with Gaisano Capitals and ended up with bigger Gaisano malls after that.:)

IMO: sa part ng Jollibee I think no problem because it gives free adds for them however, I think Gaisano will not do that in favor to Jollibee without taking some benefits and the like. For me I believed Jollibee has a lease contract with Gaisano Surigao since they are open for leasing.

actually nag query na ako about sa jollibee, kfc and even mcdo ganina pero wala pa reply sa ako email. let's wai na lang ugma sa ila reply.

about sa rob. according sa news kang melba garcia ang property ang napalit. so assuming dili true, tag clear na tana ni mam melba na dili ton tinuod. being a businesswoman and a gov't. official may ija na tana official statement just in case dili tinuod. but since wayay ato nadungog it could be true na napalit jud sa rob ija property. ang pangutana rakan kung asa ton dapita.
