Yes, it's raelly low. I think around 20% or so. But it's too far from the city, so that shouldn't be a problem, right?

Another SCAM!

brightside.
March 6th, 2008, 08:04 AM
Well they may have forgotten to go through that procedure. The public notice didn't say explicitly that it's a scam, just that they did not ask for permission to advertise.

What their doing is trying to sell the land and get the cash, and then spend that same cash to get the permits

After the election these developers had again started to do fraud with the poor people. Again many new Scheme are coming up these days we saw many ads in the print and electronic media. The gov should put them behind the bars.:bleep:

No man, but from what i saw, it didn't really look like "a scam". But then again, i've lived in america most of my life, so i wouldn't really know if it looked like a scam or not. nevertheless, they did a lot of work, especially with the landscaping and stuff, and the artificial canals.

This project is not a scam and is legitimate. Habib Rafiq Ltd. (HRL) is behind it and they have a credible track record. They are a construction company that is building the ISE Towers in Islamabad and the Tricon Corporate Centre in Lahore. They are known for completing the projects that they start and the high quality of their construction.
