Mr. SG, Someone told me that they (Anda Co) didn't launch the sales yet and these prices here are way lower than what they would start at. So do you have any idea about what happenned and if they have sold any unit so far? Sales would start propably next month. Are these prices preliminary, or pre-launch prices?

I learned that at that time Anda had problems with the municipality licensing department - they had to wait until they got the final approval frm the government. Actually, the project was refused then.

I love it.
Maybe I should buy one unit.

Construction materials are very costly these days, so that might explain why this tower is so slow. My dad is building a house and he stopped because of the prices which are sky rocketing these days.

^^ they have started at the northern sector,but it doesn't have any thing big even in the plans,it just has a heavy plantation in the spots where the lakes used to be and changing the ledges,the lights,making a new walk ways.

I know the designer and the main contractor of this tower in person,this architecture has a really good taste and ideas.
plus this tower here,he did the Police stations and fire stations of (KAEC),Master planning for AL-Fareeda ,the Public Pension Agency project in South Obhur (the same owner of KAFD) ,a new fish market with a marina (next to the old one "AL-Bangala"), 30 floors tower on King Abdulaziz road (in front of Auto mall) and they are working on a "huge" twin towers (ABRAJ BWABAT JEDDAH / Jeddah Gate Towers) in the new city center to be (the old airport)and they will be 65 floors each
this is (ABRAJ BWABAT JEDDAH) :)

هذا المنطقة أتوقع راح تنتعش بالابراج , بسبب :
1- اغلبها اراضي بيضاء << يعني ما فيه نزع ملكيات وكذا
2- الكورنيش المقابل لها جزء من مشروع تطوير الكورنيش الضخم
3- برج الماسة راح يعطي اضافة قوية للمنطقة

«بيتش تاور»يزين كورنيش جدة

بدأ العمل حالياً من قبل المستثمرين لاستغلال الاراضي البيضاء الموجودة على كورنيش جدة لتضفي رونقاً سكنياً مميزاً على الواجهة البحرية، وليتم بناء أبراج سكنية بتصاميم عالمية ومواصفات مميزة.

ويظهر الآن أن هناك تميز مشروع عن آخر من خلال دراسة المشروع لجهة دراسات التصاميم والمساحات ودراسات التمويل مما يؤثر على سير العمل واستمرارية المشروع في العمل والتزام المطور والمالك من تسليمه في موعده من دون أي تأخير عن المشترين.

وفي الوقت الحالي يتضح تميز مشروع «بيتش تاور» على كورنيش جدة التي تقوم شركة أندى للاستثمار التجاري المحدودة بتطويرية كما عمل مكتب المهندس محمد حامد هرساني بتصميمه، ويعمل مكتب المهندس الاستشاري طلال كردي بالإشراف عليه وشركة آيتا في أعمال الإلكتروميكانيكية وأعمال الألمونيوم والزجاج مصنع شركة نافكو حيث يظهر ومن خلال تلك الكوكبة من الشركات والمكاتب الهندسية التي تعمل في هذا المشروع تميزه بأمور كثيرة أعطت السبق له من حيث سرعة الإنجاز والوصول بالمشروع للمراحل النهائية من التشطيبات الداخلية وبفترة زمنية جيدة.

وأوضح المدير العام لشركة أندى للاستثمار المهندس محمد أحمد بن مساعد بن محفوظ بأنه اختار المساحات السكنية لتكون 270 متر مربع كأقل مساحة من الممكن أن تتناسب مع استخدامات العائلة السعودية ومساحة 430 متر مربع كمساحة أكبر كما سهل كمطور إمكانية دمج الوحدات السكنية من الداخل لتصبح 700 متر مربع من دون أي أعمده خرسانية تعيق ذلك لراغبي المساحات الكبيرة وبالتالي ملامسة رغبات العملاء من حيث حاجاتهم مع المحافظة على أعلى درجات الخصوصية للسكان، وذلك بأن يكون الحد الأقصى في كل دور سكني وحدتين سكنيتين فقط ، وإذا تم دمجهما أصبحت وحدة واحدة. ويضيف مدير التسويق والمبيعات العقارية في شركة أندى رائد نوفل بأن المشروع يقدم أكبر واجهة بحرية لكل وحدة سكنية على البحر والكورنيش إذ تبلغ واجهة الشقة 22 متراً طولياً مباشرة على البحر والكورنيش، كما يتميز المشروع بخدمات متعددة من نوادي صحية ومسابح وقاعات احتفالات منها للرجال والسيدات ومسطحات خضراء وأماكن مخصصة للأطفال تخدم ملاك البرج.
