I think that's Gombak station when Putra was not in operation yet. Those people I think are just models wearing business suit in Gombak. :D

No Baq. It will be Subang Depot. :D

As the one in Gombak does not have the 'pencawang elektrik' like the one from the picture. Added to that, it does not have green field beside it, only car park and a residential area known as Cemerlang Height. ;)

It will be after Kelana Jaya station. But if you ride the lrt, Kelana will be your last station. Notice about the rail that leads to nowhere after the last station? actually it end at Subang Depot.

If you using the NKVE coming from KL, you can actually see the station on your right side. :D

How come so many Mat-Sallehs 1? And besides, none of the stations in KV have grassy field beside it... My guess is that it is Bombardier Inc.'s (the LRT builders) test track in Canada...

ANyway I've been extremely close to the Subang Depot as my friend just lived in a condo opposite the station. There are housing all around the station and no longer you could see the gassy landscape as shown in the picture.

Actually the people around that are demanded that the Subang Depot be opened for commercial traffic. A few months ago, I went to a developer showcase that are selling some condos nearby there and they've formally requested to Putraline to open-up the depot. The developer said they had tentatively agreed to that as there are plans to expand Putraline in the future and the depot would be used as one of the stations. ;)

Dunno wether this is a marketing gimmck or is it for real but he sounds rather convincing ;) ( I am not easily convinced :D )

Well.....the reason why there are so many Mat Salleh is becos Putraline was practically run by people from Bombardier for the initial 2 years as agreed upon.

But I am keeping your skepticism open about the station being located somewhere in Canada open! (although it does looks like the Subang Depot area with the high tension wire at the exact same spot!)

The reason? well....the grass looks too green for Malaysia and the guy is wearing a coat under the hot sun! (he would have been under the shade!) :D

I heard about this one also. Even the one in Bukit Jalil, there was some kind of news about STAR extending their services and actually there are plan to build additional station to accomodate this expansion plan.

Refer to : Bukit Jalil Green Avenue condominium construction news which i quote "... In addition, Green Avenue is nearby the existing Star LRT Bukit Jalil station, and the proposed extension of the LRT route heading to Puchong. ..."

I thought that both of the service provider are keen to expand their services to other areas, only waiting for approval from the goverment. On a totally different issue altogether...are you sure that you are not that easily convinced :D

The building in that picture will be Plaza Pantai hence it will be the Kerinchi station. It will the the Putra LRT services. The station before it will be University..hence the end station will be the Kelana Jaya Station. The station after Kerinchi will be Abdullah Hukum which pass thru Masjid James and KLCC and ends at Terminal Putra in Gombak. :D

Been hearing that for a couple of year already.....still no news yet :(

Hmm...think that you took this picture from KL Monorail nearby Hang Tuah punya station or using STAR rather than from your ride using LRT.

Maybe I'm saying this cause the location of Menara Maybank at the far back..plus Bank Mualamat building. I donno.

I can GUARANTEE that you took this from the monorail. It is impossible you would get this angle from Putraline. And Starline passes next to the building and when the line is that distance from the building......it is still at-grade so you won't get this vantage point. You probably took this when nearing the KL Monorail Hang Tuah station ;)

My judgement is based on the position of Wisma OCM (Olympic Committee of Malaysia) just right next to the building and also like Farid had said......the postions of Menara Maybank and Bank Muamalat :D

I can GUARANTEE that you took this from the monorail.

Maybe he is "HIGH" just like what you thought he would be Sze...:D
