i_am_hydrogen thanks for noticing the urban/landscape combo. I tried to soften the highrise/architecture pictures with some beach and mountain shots I have taken on a few hikes I have done recently.

You're lucky to take some shots from some of the residential condos downtown! Some amazing views to be had

God, how I envy you. Just buy me a home there and I'll move, pronto!!! I've actually been to Honolulu's airport; fine, little piece of work. My memory of Honolulu was actually viewing the thousands of lights upon Honolulu as the plane was descending. And of course, the weather was quite probably perfect:lol:, I don't seem to remember.

^^ You mean you haven't been to the city of Honolulu on the island of Oahu because that's what the picture shows. Hawaii is not a city but is a vast archipelago state made out of eight main islands.

Booze, its not a natural river. Its a man made canal called "the Ala Wai" that is used to drain several streams into the ocean. Before the canal was built, the area which is today Waikiki (the main tourist area of O'ahu) used to be a swamp. By draining the streams that flooded Waikiki, it was possible to build a city on that land.

By the way, i would love to see pictures of the Baleares Islands!!! Aloha!
