I'm not sure about the number of floors coz on their website, it's 9 Floors but there's a render in a magazine, and it's 12 floors...

^^ Possibly, when they saw how well it was selling they decided to add a few more floors...

Beiruti you got it right. When we added block C, we took advantage of the extra Land to increase the Size of Block A.

Block B: 3rd Quarter of 2008
Block C: 2nd Quarter 2009

Official Name: Sioufi Gardens
Block A height 44m
- One Apt of 300 sqm per floor
- 12 Residential floors
- 2 Technical Floors above ground
- 2 Basements

Block B height 37m
- Two Apt (205 sqm & 210 sqm) per floor
- 9 Residential floors
- 2 Technical Floors above ground
- 2 Basements

Block C height 30m
- One Apt of 270 sqm per floor
- 8 Residential floors
- 1 Technical Floors above ground
- 1 Basement

I will add perspectives for Block B and C when I get to the office.

Are the blocks connected or completely separated?

The 3 blocks are connected through the basements.
In addition block A and block B are connected through the technicals floors as well.

A couple questions...

What formerly occupied this plot? Was it a parking lot, old house, etc?

Will construction pics be posted on the website?

land for Block A and B were make shift parking lots.
Land for Block C was empty lot.

in the beginning we were taking pictures we actually had a section on our site that allowed visitors to follow up the progress.

Block C: The roof of the 5th floor scheduled for the coming days.
