ONE MORE SKYSCRAPER IN BAKU IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION

At present the most profitable and perspective sphere in Azerbaijan is the construction sphere. Bank actively participates in construction of housing complex and hotel, the total volume of which is estimated $100,0mln. Our partners in this project are DYWIDAG company of Germany as a General Contractor, YAMASAKI company of USA as a Designer company and ACCOR hotel company of France. Some works of the project have already been done. It includes purchase of construction site, providing of soil investigation, and buildings' foundation works.
The project of Kauthar consist of one 39-storey hotel and two 24-storey residential towers. According to the project hotel building will be managed by Accor Hotel group of France. The status is under construction in Yasamal disctrics of Baku.
