Here we are finally between heaven and the ocean, where the white sandy beach meets the blue sea, wide beach and glorious sky just like in our dreams. We have perhaps visualised it ourselves but not in this way; an incredible place, magnificent natural wonders, nice and warm and what a lovely wind...
VWe stand humbly in an ancient landscape, partly changing due to the effect of the changing wind on the sand dunes. This is an area with an Indian name, Piriqara, which is the name of a certain type of fish. In the area there are still active fishermen who are out at sea with their spectacular fleet of sailing boats with low keels, called jangada, and which despite their size are able to catch large fish.
We stand in silence with our legs in the sea and feel the water temperature of 26 degrees and an air temperature of around 28 degrees and again that wind... We stand here right in the middle of the fishing village Taiba with 3000 inhabitants and the larger village Paracuru with 20 000 inhabitants.
We are currently in the process of realising an exciting development project which we call Piriquara Beach. We have already purchased a property including 2 km of coastline and we have recently obtained approval for our Master plan so that we can develop an exclusive town with buildings in the form of family dwellings, flats, hotels, resorts as well as service facilities in the form of amenities, restaurants, etc. The area is to be developed in several different phases depending on the desires of investors.
Our current ambition is that the area shall be completed over a five year period.

Master plan
The Master plan currently in place and approved is primarily the development of a small village including all necessary amenities. The property is 1 million square metres in size and can include the construction of some 540000 square metres of housing and other buildings. As an example this is equal to 5400 individual 100 square metre apartments. However the area aims to include several different types of buildings of varying sizes. Framework guidelines governing construction are currently being established. The area will include a main centre with service facilities such as a hotel and resort. In addition to this we want the construction to include several smaller central points with grocery shops etc

Family houses
Various types of family houses will be planned. Buyers of family land plots will be offered these and are free to choose from these per-approved models. These are offered to investors at fixed prices. Buyers of land plots are also able to individually design and plan buildings but these must abide by current frameworks governing the other buildings within the project.
