AltinD March 25th, 2008, 11:40 AM So would only Etisalat mobile phone subscribers would be allowed to live there? :dunno:
Stephan23 March 25th, 2008, 09:28 PM 20 floors in height or I'm wrong!!!???
Parisian Girl March 26th, 2008, 05:11 AM This is not bad at all. Nice design and looks very suitable for The Waterfront :)
nasim50 March 26th, 2008, 11:20 AM whats the point if its construction is going to take 5 years realistically? if it will ever be built?
Most probably it'll be cancelled once this developer has taken investors money for like 2 - 3 years and then gives refunds back in the end.
This is the strategy of small time developers in todays Dubai Market to make margins and simply sell the land on to another developer.
New kind of developing, its called "scam developing" and totally legal in the UAE.
funkybusiness March 26th, 2008, 12:26 PM Developer of this project is famous company with a few projects in Dubai, and they have esscrow accout !!!!
nasim50 March 26th, 2008, 01:17 PM Esscrow account means your money is safe, does'nt mean the development will be built.
I put money on this development being cancelled by next year
funkybusiness March 26th, 2008, 01:23 PM why do you think so, that it will be canceled?
nasim50 March 26th, 2008, 01:38 PM 1) no infarstructure has even started in the waterfront.
2) no other residential development in the waterfront exists except this one.
3) following point 2 why would the first development be a 20 floor tower in the waterfront?
Way too early to be selling in the waterfront. Palm Jebel Ali and Deira plots have'nt even been handed over to developers yet.
This developer i bet has'nt even been handed the plot yet.
funkybusiness March 26th, 2008, 02:04 PM its not the first object on Waterfront.
There are WAVE RESIDENCE, PIXEL, 2 more projects to be come...
now about 5 projects here.
DUBAI March 26th, 2008, 02:11 PM well there is plenty of development going on, on the waterfront.
but the name... is this some sort of joke?
funkybusiness March 26th, 2008, 02:20 PM no. its not a joke.
project name 050
dubaiflo March 26th, 2008, 06:02 PM might not be the final name.
actually the area where this building is quite advanced in terms of site preperation.
funkybusiness March 28th, 2008, 10:04 AM I have 10 reserved apartments in this project all with sea view.
so, if anybody interesting in it i can help to ....
denisse f March 30th, 2008, 12:06 PM no. its not a joke.
project name 050
haha...it's not a joke at all...there is also 055 project ...but it's already sold out !!!
AltinD March 30th, 2008, 11:32 PM ^^ Yeah but the 055 project has less apartments and everyone who ownes apartments in the 050, already reserved the same apartment number in the 055, hence the "sold out".
Seriously ... :hahano:
bizzybonita March 31st, 2008, 12:48 AM my apartment is 0508?????8 lol it's easy to have nebour number in this tower tarqeem 3la keefak ..
AltinD March 31st, 2008, 01:17 PM ^^ Mine is 0506?????6 ... but I'm not the devil, I swear.
Seriously though: The design is modern but so-so. It would be the cladding who'd make the difference, but I'm suspicious of designs presented in night renders.
m2 March 31st, 2008, 03:33 PM I have 10 reserved apartments in this project all with sea view.
so, if anybody interesting in it i can help to ....
