Yeah, we knew about it but never opened a thread. I even posted the render more then 1.5 years ago.

Architects are DSA (Dubai, South Africa Architects), the same ones who designed Madinat Jumeirah.

Why is this so insanely slow? On hold?

maybe something to do with the way the core is, long and curved. on average, its taking one month per floor (core only).

I think this ones ON HOLD

why ON HOLD?

look the last 2 updates there is a progress and also I saw workers there ,I think the cladding will start soon

they have two more floors to go to top out! Not on hold, but very very slow!

No hurry as there is no demand for office space at the moment. It is also very close to the road on one side and Al Fattan towers swimming pool on the other, so a sensitive site needing care and consideration.

seems like a good location, anyone have ideas on pricing?

Very nice but don't like the idea that it overlooks the private pool deck of the Al Fattan residential tower and Oasis Beach apartment tower and probably blocks out the sun for most of the day.

At the moment with the sun low in the sky the pol deck gets 30 mins sun. Nightmare if you live in Al Fattan.

This has destoyed the value of Al Fattan tower units.

DONE!

Stayed at Al Fattan for 2 months in the summer whilst work was going on. They had to close the pool on several occasions as debris was falling into the pool and yes it did block the sun out but when it was 45 degrees it was a good thing! Lots of apartments for sale too so seems people are not happy with the tower blocking their views.

Also loss of privacy. Does not feel good swimming with office workers looking at you from their desks.
