madakhel has another project near the Mirqab mousque round about. The site near Al Shahed tower and is being fenced .it will have a nice simple tower

& a hotel !

i know madakhel is building a hotel near that round about but i was not talking abt that building. its on the other side of the round about

If you enter the city from this street, you can see a project by al-shahed company on the corner between the two under construction al-shaded's towers that appear in the above photo... and before you reach the round-about, you can see (on the left side of the street) another project they named it the Star Tower...

But the hotel and office building is on the other side of the round-about... and this is it:

علمت «الراي» من مصادر مطلعة ان وزارة العدل فسخت عقد استئجار مبنى ادارة التنفيذ الجديد في مجمع سعود صاهود مقابل مجمع الوزارات بعد ان تبين عدم صلاحيته لها.
وكشـــفـــت مصـــــادر مطلــعـة لـ «الراي» ان ادارة املاك الدولة «تتكتم على فسخ العقد ولم تتخذ اي اجراء يحفظ حق الدولة ووزارة العدل في ما يخص المبالغ الكبيرة التي تم صرفها استعدادا للانتقال الى المبنى قبل تبين عدم صلاحيته لها».
وافادت المصادر ان «مبنى مجمع صاهود الذي ابرمت وزارة العدل عقدا لاستئجاره بقيمة 920 الف دينار سنويا لصالح ادارة التنفيذ تبين انه غير قادر على تحمل الاوزان الثقيلة، وامكانية ان يؤول للسقوط في حال تم تخطي المعدل الذي صمم على اساسه».
