Beautiful buildings. It's too bad about the helipad on top of the tallest tower. I wish that it could have been incorporated into the tower a bit better. Kind of looks like an afterthought slapped on.

And that helipad plays the role of a spire. It's the one that makes the final height, 279 meters.
On another note, anyone knows when this one will be officially complete?

The SIFC complex looks amazing...though the helicopter landing pad on the tallest tower does detract from the overall appearance. Also, the National Assembly Building is UGLY. Time to build a new one.

It is a great picture, but there are actually quite a few other >200m buildings in Seoul that are taller than the other SIFC buildings, like the Mokdong Hyperion complex, the Tower Palace buildings, and the Seoul Trade Tower. I'm also very curious about the tall buildings in the left foreground of that picture.

No, those are way back in Seocho; we'd have to see a lot of Gangnam in order to see the Tower Palace complex and Yeouido at the same time. This photo was taken from across the Han River.

Aaah, thanks Aquaticko, I wasn't aware of that. Also the complex's composition looks in a way or another the same as in the tower palace. They look tall as well. I was fooled :p.

Those towers in the left foreground in this picture are Seokyo Xi(Recently the name was changed "Mecenatpolis")
The tallest tower of Seokyo Xi is around only 190m, not that tall actually.
It just looks taller because of nearer to the lens of the camera. The nearer looks taller!

Grand OPEN Festival. Really. Come on, IFC Seoul. The children I taught in Korea would all have known that it should be OPENING. Anyway, the buildings look great, though I'm not a fan of the helipads. Good for Youido...the area needed more life.

Yesterday i go to the IFC MALL.
First image it is very large mall(compared with TIMESQUARE of Yongdonpo).
But only 3 floors. Horiziontal it is large. But vertical it is ordinary mall. Little bit dark inside mall.
Guest are very young and beautifull woman(Yeiudo is financial district so many charming woman)

Directly connected with subway 5 line. It is very convenienced.

I have no photos. Sorry I'm break the promise.

Right korea2002 Conrad hotel not yet open. I'm little bit dispointed which AIG headofice of ASIA didn't move from Hongkong to Seoul IFC. I think they break a contract or promise. BTW great skyscraper it is!!:banana:

Today IFC photos. Mall is too crowded. Beacuse today is saturday.
At 7 pm against building surface ..... I saw razor show I'm very impressed show not beacuse razor but because electronic tune..
Mall is normal. Concern for eating little bit inconvenient for guest. But outside mall amzaing open space with skyscraper and Yeoiudo park and Han river. Very cool and OPEN atmosphere.

IFC mall is future IBD of yongsan. Imagine YBID is much more big and large than IFC seoul. About 20 times bigger!!!!!
250m skyscraper is middle high building Landmark tower 3times higher than ONE IFC.
